A great place for family and company holidays. The weather is mostly gorgeous, the water is refreshing and clean. But it's best to go on vacation in the middle of the week, since there is no place on weekends that the apple has nowhere to fall.

A unique place, beautiful, original. In the warmer months, a lot of people relax on the lakes. The first lake is surrounded by a village with dense dachas, the second and third are also surrounded by recreation areas and houses for rent. The fourth is the abode of fishermen, where you can stay with a tent. By the fifth, they couldn't get through the thicket.

We went to rest in East Kazakhstan Region and quite by chance found out about this place, the person who described the place had so many emotions that we also wanted to visit these places. We warmed up emotions with more information through search engines with pleasant articles and photos.
But unfortunately, upon arrival at the place, we met with reality. Garbage, a bunch of not sober people, the lack of recreation activities as such, the overgrown beach with reeds all left unpleasant sensations. We walked around the surrounding area and went back to Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The only thing that attracted me was the beach bar , by the way , for a non - drinker it turned out to be the only bright place with pleasant music 😆
The road to the lakes is tolerable, you can go.
The place is worth visiting for an hour at most.

Honestly, according to reviews and descriptions, Siberian Lakes is a wonderful place. However, in fact this is not the case at all. Almost all the lakes are overgrown with reeds, the passage to the lake itself is only small clearings among the reeds. I don't want to swim there at all. However, people, having probably read about lakes on the Internet, go there, that everything is crowded with cars on the shore. Despite the fact that it was the beginning of August, it was very cold at night and not very hot during the day! The only thing that pleases is that there were no midges, mosquitoes and bugs! And you can take plenty of pictures. Nature is beautiful!
