The main disadvantages are that the program freezes, which makes it impossible to get to the appointment on time and creates a queue with a long wait of 2 or even more hours. The long wait is exhausting not only for patients, but also for doctors. I would like to note the good work of the therapist Batyrkhanova Maira and express my gratitude to her, always attentive, patient, interested in the patient's condition even after the appointment of treatment or surgery. And also thanks to the manager, who does not refuse to help. The clinic clearly needs to finalize the program and the entire system, but of course not to the doctors of the clinic with this issue.

Doctors take an awfully long time, it's very cold, the program is constantly hanging. All in different places! To take an ultrasound scan, you need to go generally to another place, there are just no words!

The corridors are stuffy and narrow , the benches for waiting in line are disgusting, not comfortable, the cheapest. There are always a lot of people, the program always freezes at the doctors, so they take a very long time. It is very inconvenient that everyone belongs to the same hospital (we are talking about pregnant women ) before it was separate for pregnant women . Sometimes you sit in line for half a day. The toilet is in terrible condition
