I repaired the zipper on my backpack in this workshop. The job was done quickly, I managed to use my backpack for a month - the zipper broke right at the airport! I came to resolve the issue, it turned out that my zipper was not replaced, but simply repaired for 35 rubles. This time, the lightning broke in another place, so I was offered to pay another 35 rubles for a complete replacement of the zipper. Refused This is a terribly unpleasant situation
