Good day to all! Since the opening of the Stolle chain in Minsk, I have been a fan of their pies - always fresh, delicious and original, although not cheap. But, you must admit, you can also overpay when you are sure of the quality and that the guests or family will like the pie. It's worth a lot. We tried different pies - both sweet (favorite with currants and cherries, and meat, and with poultry, and mushroom (with porcini mushrooms is something, and of course fish.
And last weekend we ordered a pie with red fish (it's called that) weighing 1 kg, ordered by phone, picked up at Independence 53.
Guests were invited, there was a reason for celebration, and among other dishes, a pie from Stolle was served - a pie with red fish.
What was the surprise when, in addition to the actual pink salmon meat (about 60% of the filling), 40% of the tesha turned out to be in the filling - this is such a whitish trim of the fish's bellies - fatty and not particularly tasty. Moreover, this situation was all over the pie - not in one place.
The impression of the dinner was spoiled and I became frankly ashamed in front of the guests. After all, when you order a pie with red fish, you don't expect to see almost half of the fatty dough in the filling.
On the phone, the Stoll was asked to send a photo of the pie, which was done. Then they called back and said - what did you want - the pie comes with fish and tesha! Like a normal situation, eat fat for health. There was no desire to swear. Stolle's representatives did not offer any solution to the issue.
Unfortunately, next time I will have to think about whether to buy a Stolle pie at home. It's ugly on the part of a respected pie manufacturer. Be careful.

It happened twice that they bought a meat pie, it was not fresh and they were poisoned. The first time it happened in the summer of 2018, it could still be written off as an accident, but the second time is in November 2019, and we will not go there anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone!
