I really like to attend aerostaching classes! Stretching in the air is very unusual and effective, after a couple of sessions you already feel lightness in the body)) And the coach is very positive, always helps and prompts in all exercises. I am also very pleased that the exercises in each class are different, for different parts of the body, diverse and interesting :)))
