The service is great. The barbecue is great, my husband and I have been going there for several years, every week we definitely go there to eat barbecue.. We also liked how they renovated the lower hall, they used to smoke there, but now it's like you're sitting almost like in a restaurant. The situation is high, to be honest..

As the owners changed, prices rose immediately. Portions have become much smaller. Beer is diluted with water. The old waiters were all removed. Many of the items listed on the menu are not available.
I even had to ask for napkins. Salt, pepper, toothpicks, and the like were completely removed from the table.
Let's change the institution.

It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. The service is minus 0, salads with diluted mayonnaise, the sausage in olivier is probably from yesterday's table, as the sausage should be diced, and there are just thin slices from the previous slicing, cut into 4 parts, Potatoes with relocation mushrooms, it is impossible to eat. The child was poisoned. We have heartburn from burnt, they asked us to change it, they said it should be like this (I attach a photo) We live next door, so we were several times and each time the same thing.

The day off we went with the children to the Shotoburi cafe. We ordered two pizzas, waited for thirty minutes, brought them, the pizza is terrible raw and there is very little cheese, the dough is not cooked at all. I called the administrator and she said that the stove does not work, so this pizza turns out. She apologized and asked to wait , they waited another forty minutes , they brought it , apparently they were pestering!!! Again, the sides of the pizza were raw, there was no limit to my cultural indignation .... I asked what was the matter, we were waiting for more than an hour, if the oven was not working, you could immediately tell, suddenly a man appeared and taught me in a loud voice to literally yell that the pizza was normal and taught me to eat it, I was shocked, asked who he was??? He said that the manager asked him not to shout, firstly, secondly, he should behave according to the rules of etiquette of the restaurant business, he literally chewed a piece of pizza and sat down at the table calmly finishing his soup!!! That's how we enjoyed pizza at the Shotoburi Cafe!!!!
