I made an order in an online store, chose euro mail delivery, they told me on the phone that they would not send it there without prepayment, allegedly many people do not pick it up from there. Considering how many scammers are taking prepayment today, I refused that I was also told to cancel the order. In fact, I didn't even know that they had a physical store, the manager on the phone didn't even bother to offer to go pick up the order himself. The service is disgusting
Disgusting customer service!!! I ordered the paint on Sunday evening, it was written on the website that the order was accepted. They called back on Monday only at 9 p.m. They offered delivery on Tuesday instead of pickup, I agreed. They promised to call back before lunch and tell us the delivery time. On Tuesday, I waited until the evening, no one brought anything and did not call back. I needed the paint on that day, because it was an important event. As a result, everything went wrong. On Wednesday, closer to lunch, they call me back and say they are ready to bring paint. I'm saying that I needed her yesterday, but I don't need her today. They said they could deliver today, but they didn't have time yesterday. No apologies, just a statement of fact. I said that I would not buy anything from them anymore. Is it generally an online store or Aliexpress, that they decide for themselves when to deliver the goods? With this approach to work, they need to trade in the market. They could have just called and warned me that they were not in time, I would have picked it up myself or ordered it elsewhere. After reading the previous reviews, I noticed that nothing changes. They don't even read the reviews. Apparently, the most effective thing for this organization is to punish it with a ruble. I will ask all my friends who constantly ordered there to buy elsewhere. When such a counter loses 5-7 regular customers who constantly make a profit, it will understand how to behave with the buyer.

The manager communicates as if I am writing to her personal number at night, and did not contact the online store.
Another courier from this company called back 4 hours later and offered to deliver the order today. And by the way, he already had a terminal.
This is some kind of horror, I thought there was no such terrible service anymore.

Ordered the delivery of dyes the next day, asked to clarify what needs to be brought before 15:00, since I will have a client for coloring, they told me well!
They didn't bring anything to me until 15:00 tomorrow and didn't even call me, I called myself at 15:40, they said they would clarify and call me back...
An hour later I call myself again, they say they can't get through to the courier 🤷🏼♀️
