Very cozy place. Location is good. The view from balcony is spectacular. But. Very uncomfortable for cars.

The sounds of the elevator are my respect, people live and do not complain the most important thing. Tydyn tydyn, how could such an elevator be made in an apartment building?! Check-in is inconvenient, the exit is not convenient. The audibility is wild, the decoration of the entrances is on the blunder. It's okay to live for a day or two, but I wouldn't recommend buying an apartment here.

A neat residential complex. The yard is clean. All cars have been removed to the Parking lot (yard without cars). Everything is neat. There are many shops within walking distance, tents and other infrastructure.

Very comfortable LCD, there is everything nearby, that's just we rented an apartment here, where there was no iron, hair dryer, gas did not work, there was no frying pan, we could not cook elementary, it was very cool in November, 5 block kv 340A (2nd floor) the owner seems to be adequate, but did not fulfill the request, I do not advise to shoot this particular kv

It hasn't been completed yet, I can't say anything about the apartments. But the location is not the best option, there is a well-standing LCD. Mountains are not visible from all windows, it is important for me personally, as an Almaty resident. Plus, U-shaped buildings tend to put pressure on the perception of the environment.
