I have been studying at this school for several years now, and I can say with confidence that most of the teachers here are just serving their time. Of all the teachers, a maximum of two or three people really try, the rest are indifferent, tired, with a complete loss of interest in the students. Head teachers and management behave arrogantly, do not listen to students, and sometimes they are openly rude to parents. Bureaucracy, pressure, and an absolute lack of initiative are the norm.
Corruption is felt everywhere: "correct" grades are for gifts, loyalty is for silence. Students are divided according to personal preferences, no respect or justice. You can forget about development, clubs, and normal classrooms. Going to the bathroom without permission is like going to war, but at the same time there is idleness in the corridors, and no one keeps order. It is sad that school, instead of a place of development, becomes a place where you just need to survive and not lose yourself.
