I studied at this school from 1st to 9th grade, in early 2000. The country is in ruins, funding is at zero, but the school staff of teachers work at 150%, often on pure enthusiasm. The school had nothing, but it gets better every year
Despite the fact that the school was on fire, there is zero support from the state (or practically zero relative to Abkhazian schools) - the school as a place for learning from children is good. Teachers live by it (perhaps from the lack of alternatives), but nevertheless.
