At 16 with kopecks, they called back on their own- the institution confirmed the validity of the order. The pre-order was at 20:30, at 21:17 a boorish female receptionist called back, insubordination, and answered the phone saying that "my job is to inform you that there will be no order," no apologies, no different ways to solve the problem were offered. When asked with whom it is possible to SOLVE this situation, they replied - call the general number, where the answer is the same chaos and obscene language in the background. The manager tried to correct the negative situation, but also did not solve the problem. A spoiled mood, lack of dishes on the table, and complete disappointment are all that Shisoart has to offer.
Incompetence of employees, irresponsibility and inability to establish contact with customers are guaranteed!
The atmosphere is interesting, unusual , it is not small from the choice of dishes, panasia is distinguished, I tried sushi, very tasty , I often order noodles with chicken, there is also a lunch menu, everything is delicious, the pricing policy is most surprising, the prices of the guys are very cheap, in general I come here often and have never regretted it.

At 22:20, I decided to clarify when the courier would be, the girl confronted the fact that the set was cooked, but would not be delivered today?! When asked why, she replied that the couriers were no longer working. No one tried to solve the problem, it was trivial to offer to pay extra and send it by Yandex delivery, or at least to warn in advance that there was no need to wait for dinner today. Ruined evening

The reason is that the courier's working day has ended. The order was pre-paid online, the money was told to think for yourself how to return it through Cream. 1 star is even a lot for them, with such we will move into the legal plane.

The delivery is an hour late, and when you try to figure out the reason for the delay and the new delivery time, they say that nothing will be delivered at all, we'll figure it out later. The evening and the mood are ruined. We are bypassing this sushi restaurant!
The staff was unfriendly, they served a dirty plate, they didn't find the menu, the pizzas were cold and dry, there were no glasses - they offered to buy plastic ones. In general, some kind of horror.
