They ordered an iPhone 16 plus from the USA, at first they said that the phone had arrived in Kazakhstan, now they say that the phone has disappeared and they cannot find it. Promises to return the money remain promises. Be careful with this company.

They really deliver! I ordered it twice. For the first time, the package went for more than 10 days from the moment of delivery to their warehouse. Upon receipt in Almaty, it turned out that the office does not work here on weekends. The second time was delivered faster, however, it turned out that the warehouse in America does not work on weekends - it was delivered from the store again. The main thing is that the goods were re-sorted into "their" packages, even branded shirts. The appliance was stripped of its packaging with the loss of the adapter and cord - it was also packed in its "own" package. Now I'm looking for a suitable power supply. I'll try another delivery service.

I am immensely grateful to the guys for the delivery of the iPhone pro max in March. Everything is unrealistically fast (the Shipper received my parcel from the USA on March 22, and it was ready for delivery to Almaty on March 31!). The support service in the telegram worked perfectly in my case: I was very worried about whether a non-resident of Kazakhstan would be able to pay customs duty without problems (I had exceeded the limit), so the company did it itself and I did not have to go to customs, then I just paid the bill along with the services and that's it! If only they worked for at least a couple of hours on the weekend, it would be generally gorgeous. But I am glad that you can simply send a Yandex courier for your parcels. They are delivered on average in two weeks from the moment they arrive at their warehouse. There were no curiosities for 9 parcels.

There is such a "smart" boss working at the Schipper Company, named Alyona. I'll tell you a little about this person: if something doesn't suit her, then you won't be a customer of the Shiper anymore. I will explain that it was not according to Alyona's plan: they sent a parcel from America, from Amazon - the whole thing was torn apart, without components - worth $ 54. When I made a claim: Alyona "promised" the video and to restore the thing. But the next day, apparently having changed her mind or forgotten, she called and said not to make any more orders for the box. Do you know why it costs $ 10 per kg? Because we pay the store for the packaging!!! And the Shiper pulls out, turns out all the parcels and sends them in smelly black bags minus the weight - that's why it's so cheap, you won't get a single thing in the store's packaging!!! Shameless, has no conscience, lies-generally at every step, raises the tone. I really hope to meet this lady in court. Shame.
