And the therapist didn't pay attention to the fact that his monitor was all pink, he thought it was necessary, he was spoiling his eyesight. Okay, I told him. The arrangement and number of toilets are as in a scoop. You enter - 2 booths, one is definitely not working. On the other floor, a storage room for household supplies was made from a toilet stall. At the reception, the girls do not follow the instructions, they do not follow the sanitary rules. The nurse asks them once again to "tell people to put on shoe covers, put outerwear in the wardrobe, give out shoe covers." And what do you think? A girl from the reception comes into the treatment room to ask the nurse something. Right behind this girl comes an Apache in outerwear, without shoe covers. To the office where people get injections and cleanliness is required. It turns out that no one met the patient from the threshold, did not explain that it was necessary to take the jacket to the wardrobe and put on shoe covers. And there is no sign with a reminder on the door at the treatment room. For the disabled and anyone who finds it difficult to climb the stairs, it will definitely be uncomfortable here. The building was built not in width, but in height. Accordingly, the entrance is on the 1st floor, and the cloakroom and laboratory are on the 0 floor. The prices don't seem to be small. Or the management wants to take more money for themselves. Or the clinic's original design is incorrect.

Some of the staff come across as very nice, some are very unpleasant and look down on. In general, if we are lucky, it's great, I won't say that we were unlucky, but the impression of one of the doctors and the elevator operator was not very good.

We consulted a therapist. The doctor is a wonderful woman, she sent me to install the system. We went down to the second floor, the pharmacy was closed for some reason, although the clinic was still 2 hours away from closing. Okay, we got to the pharmacy, found everything we needed, stood in line for 30 minutes (the patient and the nurse chatted about their topics for 20 minutes and waited for the son to bring the medicine), and we all sat. I walk into the office, and they look at me like I'm stupid and say, "Where's the system?" We came from another country and they didn't even think to tell us that we needed another system, no appointment mentioned this. We ran to get the system, and now the nurse in the office is shouting at us, "Where's the syringe?" An hour before the clinic closes, we arrive and then they tell us that they will only take half of the IV, here I have a question: WHY DO I NEED HALF IVS??? Do you employ people with medical education and they don't understand at all that half of the appointment is of little use? I would like to see good service from a paid institution, first of all, and not a crazy attitude. I am waiting for an answer with apologies from the management, and I would also like the question of what is needed and where to be resolved immediately.
