The manager of the store told me to bring it for inspection, As a result of the inspection, I was sent a reply stating that the case was not guaranteed. As the seller assured me, it is not he who makes the decision, but the Toyo representative office. Good. I asked for this solution, but the seller asked me to wait a month. I waited well. As a result, the seller referred to the fact that the document was lost and asked to wait a little longer. I waited 10 days well. No reply, no greetings.
It is not advantageous for a store specialist to recognize a warranty case a priori. I do not recommend this store
