TERRIBLE service!!! I will never come here again!!! I signed up in advance in order to change the tires from summer to winter. When unscrewing one wheel, the bolt BROKE. They gave it to me with the words "your bolt is broken here." To my question "what to do", they shrugged their shoulders and said "you need to drill" and at the same time added "we are not responsible for broken bolts, we have a sign hanging over there." To my indignation, "how so and what will we do to resolve this issue," since I had to leave for Minsk, the "would-be workers" replied that they had everything by appointment, there was no free time now and in general they did not do this, while they made the assumption that "the bolt broke because someone screwed it up badly last time" (at the same time, the last time I changed their tires from winter to summer). As a result, to my indignation and a call to the director, they told me, "okay, come at 16 o'clock, let's try to do something...."
I paid the full cost for the POORLY rendered service, thanks to which I added unnecessary problems that needed to be urgently solved....
I still decided not to take risks with such "workers" to correct the situation (drilling the bolt), since no one gave me guarantees that they would do this. I found a person who agreed to fix this "jamb", he sawed this bolt for an HOUR, broke more than one drill bit.... But I did it anyway, lubricated all the bolts and I happily went to buy a new bolt..... But.... When I arrived home, I saw that one disc was missing a plastic cover (cap). Thinking that it was badly installed and I lost it while driving around the city, I drove back along the route in the hope of finding the cap.... Half an hour of lost time.... But alas... Then I decided to call the tire service and ask if he stayed with them and what do you think they answered me "yes, we have him, we forgot to put it on." Can you imagine my condition.... Well, how is it??? Was it really difficult to call and say ....
When I arrived for the cap, they silently put it on me and did not even apologize .....
As a result, I lost half a day of my time, for which I had completely different plans, and frayed nerves... The service is TERRIBLE!!! I will never come here again and I do NOT recommend it to others!!!!
Excellent tire service!I drove through Lyuban, with a punctured wheel, the guys promptly removed it, sorted it out and determined that my wheel was not safe to repair, found a used one according to my size, balanced it and took only 11p for all this work.Thank you very much! I highly recommend it!
