Everything was done professionally and promptly. Summer tires were loaded into the car. I live 5 meters away and did not know that there is a tire service at the terminal. I recommend it!

The guys did well: the three of us did my Lada-Vesta and finished the second car. One was filming, the second and the third were working with replacements. No centering was needed, and no straightening of the discs. The installation was carried out carefully: the bolts were baited manually, the twist was pneumatic. Then the control is manually performed with a key, taking into account the "soft" bolts of Avtovaz. I got advice about lubricating the hub for the next rubber change. The receipt + a copy of the receipt for the accounting department - everything was processed clearly and quickly. I recommend this tire service.

The employee began to remove the bolts with a wrench, twisted the edges of several bolts, and then for 20 minutes he proved that he had nothing to do with it, told about life, without admitting anything. The second one was more adequate, apologized for the first one and were able to unscrew the bolts. The third (main), having looked at the problem, stated that they generally do not solve such problems an hour and a half before closing, and even more so it is already dark. They also admitted in the conversation that the first employee was hired due to a lack of people. That is, it turns out that they themselves admitted that they don't care about quality, it is important to serve as many cars as possible. Looking at how other customers wore their own wheels and the general working environment, I realized that this was the worst tire I had ever been on. Before that, I was on 3 and they all have incomparably better service.
