And it turned out that we paid for the service 3 times. In the morning, we stopped by the guys and explained the situation, the guys contacted the supervisor and asked for a contact number, promising to check and resolve it during the day. A couple of hours later, they called back, and there were indeed 3 payments, and they asked me to pick them up in cash. I have been serving there for years and always make sure that people there know their job. For comparison, I changed my shoes a couple of times at other tire shops, everything is not the same... It would be hard to do something differently in this matter, but it is here that everything is done simply, clearly and with the right approach and quality!!!
