- Too many stupid questions are irrelevant. Employees should not be bothered at all about what the client came with. It was especially infuriating that everyone was knowledgeable, but in fact they didn't even know where the direction of the rubber was.
- They screwed up the installation on one wheel, and it poisoned. When I was still over-inflated with rubber, a client arrived who had even more wheel poisoning.
