I really like the studio, attentive and responsible administrators.I have done manicures and pedicures more than once, everything is always at the highest level, the masters are professionals in their field, they do it efficiently and beautifully (I am a very demanding client), I always leave in a great mood.

I've had a manicure in this studio for probably the third time. I liked everything, it was beautiful and spacious. Manicures are done perfectly! I've been to different masters, always with high quality. Now I will always go to them, even though I live a little far away. But the price and quality of the work is worth it!

It all started with the fact that when I arrived at the appointed time for a pedicure, I was asked to wait a couple of minutes, which turned into 25 minutes of waiting. Why was there no advance notice of the delay in order to reschedule the time or with a request to come later if possible? The administrator could not answer this question. Next, I was extremely surprised by the difference in cost between an express pedicure and a full coated treatment....express pedicure, namely, the treatment of only the fingers and the removal of the old coating cost me 60 rubles, and the cost of the complex, which includes removal + coating + full treatment of fingers and feet, costs 61 rubles. And yet - in the next chair, the client was very actively and loudly pressing the keyboard buttons on her laptop until her pedicure was over… You should notify customers that they are not coming to the computer club.

The theater begins with a hanger, and communication in this salon with the administrator, who worked on 23/05 and 25/05, begins with rudeness. I had a manicure on 23/05. While the nails were being treated, I chose 2 colors. 1 of them required better preparation for white lacquer, but the master did not take this into account and in the end I had to give up, because the "substrate" was red. But not fatally, I made a monotone, although this is a joint of the master. I came out, and in daylight I saw that the thumb was poorly made. She clarified as culturally as possible how and when this can be fixed. She asked me to sign up for a pedicure with the same master. For some reason, she signed me up for another master, although I did not discuss it and did not ask. I arrive on 25/05, "my" master is busy, the adm leaves. and in a disgusting manner, she's trying to make me look like a fool, that I misunderstood that she signed me up not for Tasha, but for Dasha. To my question, why? I didn't ask for it. Instead of apologies, I heard rudeness and attempts to make me look like an idiot again. Will you go to Master Dasha? No. Tasha doesn't want to work with you at all 😁Great! In principle, there are no problems. If he doesn't want to, he doesn't need to, there are enough craftsmen and salons, and there are plenty to choose from. I wonder how you can work like this. The master didn't do the job perfectly, the administrator signed up for the wrong master for some reason, but is the client to blame? Dear owners of this salon, teach your administrators basic politeness and the ability to solve problems, and not chewing food to make customers guilty and speak in such a tone as if I owe them money. This admin constantly did not give change, there was no tk)))But that's not all. I sat on the couch, waiting for my husband to pick me up (it was raining outside), the receptionist called me at my number, apparently with some kind of super suggestion, not realizing that! This client is sitting across from her. To my question, why are you calling me now, aah, is that you?)) Well, I messed up, it happens. Apologize for the situation and resolve it. This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude in my life. Just the bottom. It's a pity that you can't attach all the confirmations here. But now I understand why most of your tables are empty. You need to start with a normal administrator.
