It all started with the fact that when I arrived at the appointed time for a pedicure, I was asked to wait a couple of minutes, which turned into 25 minutes of waiting. Why was there no advance notice of the delay in order to reschedule the time or with a request to come later if possible? The administrator could not answer this question. Next, I was extremely surprised by the difference in cost between an express pedicure and a full coated treatment....express pedicure, namely, the treatment of only the fingers and the removal of the old coating cost me 60 rubles, and the cost of the complex, which includes removal + coating + full treatment of fingers and feet, costs 61 rubles. And yet - in the next chair, the client was very actively and loudly pressing the keyboard buttons on her laptop until her pedicure was over… You should notify customers that they are not coming to the computer club.

For some reason, she signed me up for another master, although I did not discuss it and did not ask. I arrive on 25/05, "my" master is busy, the adm leaves. and in a disgusting manner, she's trying to make me look like a fool, that I misunderstood that she signed me up not for Tasha, but for Dasha. To my question, why? I didn't ask for it. Instead of apologies, I heard rudeness and attempts to make me look like an idiot again. Will you go to Master Dasha? No. Tasha doesn't want to work with you at all 😁Great! In principle, there are no problems.
