The reception is on the top floor, not in Russian, only in English. The rooms are good, lots of channels, super fast Internet, the toilet is smarter than my car (8 control buttons). There is little water, you can buy it on the ground floor at the corner of the building. Breakfast is boring, sausages, French fries and pasta salad are familiar dishes, the rest is not clear, but the locals eat with pleasure. The shower is normal. At night, you can hear the street as if you were sleeping there.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, beautiful views, the location of the building is very profitable.

It's a paid breakfast, and there's no way to pay in advance. The reception on the 20th floor is a very strange story, but you can change the currency and a very good location
