The girl made a hookah, they couldn't smoke it (it was very strong), they immediately told her about it. The hookah maker refused to replace or fix it. They asked which tobacco was clogged, and she replied that it was darkside. As far as I know, this is a fairly strong tobacco, which, when asked to make a hookah, is not strong, it is clogged.
This situation has ruined the impression of the place.
The waitress was very polite and served well.

A friend got a barbecue earlier, it was very dry, the friend was hungry, so he ate it, but without pleasure. The shish kebab was brought to me later, it was burnt, I tasted it, even the sauce did not interrupt the taste of the charcoal, I called the waitress and told her that I would not eat this culinary masterpiece, she reacted normally (in general, there were no complaints to the waitress all evening), she said she would talk to the administrator and took the shish kebab. After a couple of minutes, the administrator came out and said that he had tried and the barbecue was good, and in general, I don't understand, but they give it like this on purpose, and in general they worked on the menu for a long time. My objections that I should not eat meat that tastes not like meat but ordinary charcoal (really like activated charcoal) did not bother him, and our conversation began to drag on, a friend intervened and asked to replace the dish, which was actually done, but the sediment remained, I do not want to go to establishments where they try to make sheep out of visitors, and the visitor has to prove the obvious things

One star for the interior and atmosphere, another for the very enthusiastic bartender who made very tasty author's cocktails at our request and tried to make our stay more comfortable. But otherwise...
There is no service. At the very beginning, the order was made at the bar, because no one came up to us, they waited for food for more than 40 minutes (there were two frying pans and a hodgepodge in the order) - again, they came to find out themselves, because there was a feeling that they had forgotten about us. As a result, the food was brought to everyone at the same time, but one of the dishes was already cold, apparently it was cooked first. The dishes were taken away when the next order was brought - a beer set, which, by the way, we also waited for half an hour and received not particularly hot. Yes, they couldn't order it either, sitting at a table, we went inside to make an order. The beer was updated once, then we went to the bar ourselves, taking empty glasses there in parallel so as not to sit with a pile of dirty dishes. Those cocktails were also ordered at the bar and the bartender personally brought them. Just an example of a situation that was at the very beginning - we went to find out where our food was, the waiters were standing at the keeper talking, at the sight of us they went into the kitchen. Then it was the bartender who explained the situation and apologized for the delay. By the way, we were on Saturday after 23, there was no full landing from the word at all.
The food is not bad, it probably also depends on the dish. I liked the pans in general, I liked the beer set very much, but the hodgepodge upset me - it was liquid, the broth was not rich (as if for 15 rubles you could at least throw some sausages into it).
And the cherry on the cake. We were not given part of the change (partially paid in cash). About a ruble was missing, a trifle, but it was just the last straw. I understand there may not be any coins, but then tell me about it when you take out the change and no questions. And when it happens silently, under the guise that this is how it should be, it is a deception.
It is clear that a lot of money was invested in the opening of the institution, but they forgot about the recruitment of staff (namely, waiters). I hope the management will pay attention to this. We'll take a look in a few months, I want to believe that this time there will be more hospitality)

Recently we visited the place with friends, and we had only positive impressions! The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly, which made our evening really special.
The staff is simply amazing! They were not only polite, but also very attentive.

But then an unpleasant situation occurred: the bartender Arseny listened to our order and went to the opposite end of the bar!!! What was that? He left and started fulfilling other orders!!! When they wanted to ask the receptionist what happened, she just shook her head, smiling. Of course, this is an amazing service and customer orientation in Sherwood. The mood was ruined. We gave 2 chances to this institution.
The first experience of visiting was not very positive, but we decided to give a second chance, because the institution has not been working for so long.
For the second time, it became clear that poor service is not an accident, but a pattern.
The food was cooked for a very long time, they ordered beer sets, when they brought everything was absolutely cold and did not match the dried gram, they also ordered author's tea, which was cooked for about 40 minutes, and when they brought it it was also absolutely cold and the kettle was exactly half full.
Hookah is another separate story, we were the only table that ordered it, at first the hookah master came to us for 20 minutes, then they cooked it for another half hour and subsequently there was no hookah service.
The establishment, which positions itself as a pub, could not provide all guests with glass glasses for beer, and it was served in plastic cups.
As for alcoholic cocktails, it was said that there was nothing available, and sparkling wine was not served in glasses, you could only buy a bottle.
On the positive side, it is worth noting the interior and location, that's all.
