Everything is great, we took an individual boat trip and a trip to Dahab. The group is small, the atmosphere is intimate and soulful, there is no fuss like on group tours from a hotel guide. They don't impose anything, they don't rush anywhere, they don't bring it to the "right" stores. The price tag is in any case cheaper than at the hotel. Take it safely, you won't regret it. I am attaching photos that Polina (the guide) took for free. Then she threw everything at us. By the way, in another case, you will be charged for this.

I really enjoyed the trip to Cairo! Everything has been clearly discussed in advance, the entire route has been planned in detail and a competent Russian-speaking guide has been selected. Thanks to him, we didn't stand in queues, we looked at non-pop, but no less interesting places. My childhood dream came true, to touch the history of Egypt. We were deliciously fed national cuisine and helped to pick up souvenirs without intrusive merchants. We will definitely use the agency's services, because there are so many unexplored places, and with reliable guys, it's doubly pleasant!

My individual tour of the city left the best impressions! We visited all the interesting places of the city, visited the iconic place of all instagrammers - the Mincemeat cafe. But most of all I liked the Coptic (Orthodox) Church and the local guide! He talks very interestingly and enthusiastically. In the end, I got a lot of my photos and videos. The issue price is $65!

We visited the capital of Egypt, Cairo, the ancient mosque, the richest historical museum, the majestic pyramids of Giza, the mysterious Sphinx, and the papyrus Institute.
Each of these places has left an indelible impression thanks to the fascinating stories of the guide.
Omar, a professional guide with in-depth knowledge of the country's history and culture, made each stop rich and interesting.
Separately, I would like to note the comfortable organization of the trip: the transport was convenient, and the schedule of excursions was thought out in such a way that we had time to see all the most important things without feeling tired.
The food was also good — the local dishes were delicious and varied.

We were with my husband on a guided tour of the sights of Luxor: the temple in Karnak and Hatshepsut, drove through Luxor (there was a bit of a story about the city itself). The temples are impressive!!! The city itself is dirty, and there are a lot of intrusive merchants. I advise you to go on a tour of the Nile between temples - it's beautiful, on banana island they will tell you about tropical plants, show you a mini zoo, and feed you fruits! Be prepared that there may be a slight pause on the road - the convoy will accompany you! On the way, toilets are paid at bus stops - 20 pounds per visit(the Dollar exchange rate is 50 Egyptian pounds). Everything is well organized, but please note that you can be picked up at the reception for the tour, or you can be taken from the hotel gate! We were told at the gate, and the car was waiting at the reception! Therefore, do not wait long, call the organizer in 10 minutes. We got a call back, but we lost 15 minutes! But mostly, I recommend😘😊

We had a rest in April 25 in Charm. We took 2 excursions, both individual, because we are with 2 young children. This is the perfect option!!! Thanks a lot to Polina for answering all the questions in the messages. We were on an excursion to the mini pyramids, the children were delighted, climbed, photographed us beautifully, then rode camels, drove quad bikes.
The second tour with Liliana is a complete delight! Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve. The most beautiful places, the most interesting facts, a picnic, riddles and entertainment for children, swimming with masks! It is not the first year that we have been taking excursions from Liliana and we are always completely satisfied with the result! This time we took Cairo in a mini-group, we left it for later because we didn't want to torture ourselves on the way - this didn't happen with the mini-group! There were 6 of us in the entire minibus, which made us all comfortably accommodated and rested all the way. The driver stayed in a very clean and pleasant place, which was amazing for us in Egypt. The guide met us in the city and took us through the museum, the oil and papyrus store, and the Giza plateau! We were very excited about the museum and the pyramids, we didn't want to leave, we wanted to spend as much time as possible! We also took a carriage ride and a walk along the Nile, and we were satisfied. Liliana is always in touch, you can ask any question- she will definitely answer! With the Sheikh tour, even to the ends of the world. We have already been on two excursions, we took a child with us everywhere. We are experienced tourists, we will find things everywhere to get to, but here everything is very humanly organized, as for ourselves, conscientiously. We walked comfortably in all locations, and we didn't get anywhere in a crowd or during rush hour. Not a single person had to be removed from the photo. we agreed on an individual excursion to the bathyscaphe and diving. including the transfer, the price was $130. after diving, we arrived at the bathyscaphe and, unfortunately, due to the storm, the sea was closed. That is, the $60 for the bathyscaphe was supposed to be returned to us, but we decided to keep it the next day, as I was tempted to offer a luxury sunset excursion to the pyramids on safari, which also cost $60. The next day, a driver picked us up, then another, and we spent about 50 minutes on the road, returning to our hotel after 28 minutes (the question is why we did a lap). the driver then said that there was no other way (I asked the policeman specifically today, and showed him the way, he said that it was possible to turn around and not make a circle, but it is clear that it is more profitable for the driver to collect all. Well, that's OK. the fact is that they promised to pick us up at 3:40 p.m., and then they outplayed us at 4:40 p.m., and that's why I was worried that the sun had set before my eyes, and we were killing people, and I realized that we would already be in the desert at night. and the most important thing was that we had a three-year-old child with us. the tour (it was announced three times in correspondence) is individual, but we arrived and were very much still waiting for everyone, the sun had set a long time ago, and we drove very slowly, as we were waiting for everyone. We made two stops, as the woman got lost alone on the way. then we arrived somewhere, they didn't explain it to us, they said we should wait, then we'll go to the pyramids. It was already completely dark. one of the headlights on my husband's buggy didn't work. and we went to the pyramids (the guide said we would ride longer, he would show the places, but on the way back from the pyramids he picked up a woman and we drove slowly, there were no additional rides). When we arrived at the pyramids, everything was closed and people weren't expecting us, they said it was very dark and couldn't see anything, but the guy who was with us, apparently for show, insisted and told them to let them in. and we passed, stumbling in the dark, let me remind you, with a child. I already realized that everything was not as promised, I immediately contacted the girl who sold me the tour, thanks to her, she was always in touch. The guy says to me, "what did you want, if you had come at 3-4, I would have shown you everything."
When we came back, of course, I was very upset. For $60, I watched the darkness in the desert and a bunch of women who came to sit and smoke with the Bedouins. (and a raccoon with such a group, they sent the child and me). And instead of pyramids, I stood and watched, along with a 3-year-old child, as the girls smoked and chatted about their own.
The girl who was in touch arranged for someone in charge to come up to us, apparently. He apologized a hundred times, but that's not going to change. It was the last evening in Egypt, the last sunset, and the last emotion that could not be returned. I stood in the desert with tears in my eyes and didn't know what to do. Why do people allow themselves to do this? As a result, he offered to pick us up at 4 a.m. (we have a transfer from the hotel to the airport at 6:15, we fly out that day) and show us the most beautiful places of the desert, he apologized a hundred times, said that he understood everything, that he would fix everything, that at exactly 4:00 there would be a car at boom gates. You know, I'm a doctor, and I really believe in people, I believe in conscience. And I believed it, and so did my husband.
Although I understood how difficult it would be for the child, I would have to get up at 3:30, feed him and pack. But we agreed.
At exactly 4:00 a.m., we were standing at the barrier, and no one had arrived. I've been in touch with the girl since 3:50, I think. She's very caring, that's true. But, can you imagine, our fabulous shock when they didn't come to us! We just stupidly didn't arrive. The girl couldn't do anything, couldn't say anything. I promised a car in 5 minutes, but it didn't arrive (looking ahead, I'll say that it arrived at 4:38 minutes, when we put the baby back to bed. but let me remind you, as I wrote above, the agreement was that we should already be at the hotel at 6, technically it was impossible to do anything in time. not to mention that it would be inhumane to a child who is tired at 3:30, then falls asleep again at 4:30 and has to get up again at 4:38).
The girl couldn't help us in any way, since the bosses weren't sleeping, and they were just, as I understand it, employees with the Egyptian company that organized this tour for us.
And so. We waited outside for 22 minutes, it's cold outside, and it's hard to stand with a child. He started crying, I sent my husband to the room so that they could go to bed again, and I waited until 28 or 29 minutes, but there was nothing to wait, as it was promised 5 minutes, and it had already been a lot more, and I was cold.
When I entered the room, I lay down and the child fell asleep right in front of my eyes, and at 38 minutes there was a call from the reception desk that a car was waiting for us and that we were going down quickly. The time is 4;38! not 4:00! I told everyone about the fact that we have a plane 10 times. This tour was solely at the insistence of the organizer in order to apologize and rehabilitate himself. I've heard hundreds of apologies over the past two days from everyone.
And I experienced the same amount of negativity, first in the middle of the desert in the dark, with tears in my eyes, then at 4 a.m. on the highway, with a child who was also hysterical. I'm sorry, but I can't say a good word, just to the girl who was in touch with me. And only for the words of support.
It's so enchanting to get all the emotions out of a vacation - it's just incredible.
I'm still waiting to be contacted. They promised me how the authorities would wake up, since the WhatsApp manager is not a person who can globally decide something.
I wouldn't have written such a review if it hadn't been for the incident this morning.
I actually wanted to write only about diving and forget about this situation, I thought that safari would impress me in the morning and I would forget about everything.
But no.
Of course, I have all the screenshots, correspondence, audio, photos, etc. I won't post all this here, but I will show you photos of what we were promised and what we received ("pyramids for a child", "sunset safari". And a screenshot from the correspondence, where the time is changed, through no fault of our own.
Perhaps this is not a common story among them, perhaps we are the only ones, or maybe not.
But it doesn't change anything at all! We suffered and suffered a lot, we lost money (which I do not yet know if I WILL BE REFUNDED, at least because there was no individual guide, and there were no rides with him, and there were no pyramids and sunset rides). And a lot of negative emotions, right on the road and didn't get enough sleep.
I do not know who is to blame here. Definitely not a girl in whatsapp, but what does it matter to me now. That's why I paid $60 to get the service. (I'm not saying high-quality or not. At least just get it! )

The acquaintance with this company began with Instagram:We found it , wrote it , and booked it . For the modest price of twenty-five greenbacks, we were promised to go to Ras Muhammad as part of a mini-group ( Egypt's national nature reserve) for a ride , a walk , and a swim. At first glance, the usual mediocre tour from which no one expected anything special : for $ 25, what can you expect when everyone else's prices are from 35 and gone? All our expectations were turned upside down from the moment we set off. Our guide told us the whole story of this place from cover to cover , answered all the questions she was asked along the way, and do you think that's all? No, that's not all, she didn't ignore a single request to photograph anyone (and it turns out she does it like a professional photographer). They stayed in unusual locations, including therapeutic mud. Then they tell us: we're going to swim , well, let 's go, we thought we 'd splash around near the shore and go home , especially since we didn 't take a mask or fins and didn 't plan to do anything else , and here you are , don 't you want to snorkel ? So there is no mask ! Hold the mask for you ( they didn't ask me for a dime for this , just like that , hold it from the bottom of your heart!) under the supervision of a professional instructor, we studied the flora and fauna of the Red Sea for 30-40 minutes, the wildlife is so diverse that I am still impressed.and like the cherry on the cake , a compliment from the company : a lunch of watermelon and berries . I am very impressed with the attitude towards us and his work as guides Polina and Liliana, as well as the director of the company ( yes, he was with us) I didn't think I'd be so excited.10 out of 5 , it's really top.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about my trip to Hurghada, Egypt. We wrote off in advance before the trip, via VK, and determined which excursions to take, what is included in them, and the price. We chose : safari , Cairo and yacht diving, and added Luxor at the moment . Very convenient : we wrote off , agreed , without a single complaint ! The transfer is on time, all guides are Russian-speaking, all programs match the description. Special thanks to the historical guide Karim for his professional support in History! By chance , both Cairo and Luxor spent time with him . I can't describe all the emotions, it's really cool, safe and sincere!!
