Now it is no longer "Chef pilaf", but "Urumqi lagman".
As the name suggests, the main dish is lagman. There are probably at least 15 varieties on the menu.
The menu is compact. There are lagman, salads, soups, hot meat, poultry, fish, pizza.
We had chicken and fish, salad and two teas. The bill is for 11K.
The waiters are efficient, the service is sane.

Great place, great service. The only thing is that the portions are too small for such prices, but! The pilaf is crumbly, and chickpeas, and two types of carrots, and raisins, and barberry, the meat simply crumbles into fibers and melts in the mouth. It's not a pity to give money for this!
