It's good that there is Shawarma on Folusha, it's a pity that it's this one.
The last two times (six months ago and 1.04.25, yesterday) we went there feeling hungry because we were close. And both times they were unhappy. And this is despite the fact that a hungry person is ready to eat anything.
They don't make sure that the client is satisfied. Shawarma is much smaller in grams. There was barely any sauce in one charm, and none at all in the second. The shawarma itself is barely warm, although it was taken away as soon as it was placed on the counter.
It was impossible to eat in the restaurant, as the tables were dirty and sticky every time.
When they said that there was no sauce in the charm, the girl at the checkout laughed, and the man who wraps the shawarma (Evgeny) told them to call the number below, also in a rather insolent voice. "Sorry," we didn't hear, the number was answered by a girl who has no idea about shawarma.😁
If you are an adult and self-respecting person, then it is better to pass by this "institution".
Although the kids from school seem to be having a good time there.

We recently visited this shawarma shop and were very satisfied with the service! We ordered two different shawarma, one of which was asked to be made without tomatoes. Unfortunately, tomatoes were added anyway in the first attempt. We clarified the situation, and the staff readily offered to redo it — it's already nice!
When a new shawarma was brought to us, it turned out that it had the wrong taste. We contacted the staff again, and they were sympathetic to our comments. As a result, we were offered to make another shawarma, and we got as many as four for the price of two!
Such attention to customers and the desire to correct mistakes is really impressive. The shawarma was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality food and excellent service!

We visited this institution today. Everything is cool - service, characteristic smell , cooking time , etc. But I didn't like that the equipment was washed over the shawarma and, perhaps , some of the cleaning products got on the shawarma , because after 30 minutes there was a sharp weakening of the chair and the good thing was that there was a pot nearby. And it tastes great !

I haven't eaten a worse shawarma in 10 years.
I've tried many places, in different cities, this one surprised me, I didn't know that it was really possible to do so badly. A 12-year-old child will do better by looking at one review on YouTube.
Pita bread feels more like a filling, I didn't feel the sauce, a fierce dry bread, I ate pita bread and not shawarma. If I had felt the filling, I wouldn't have written anything about it.…
The only option when you can eat it again is when you're hungry.

It makes sense to leave the phone numbers of each shawarma on the site if you call to order in advance for pickup, but they answer you dryly "on arrival" and the person at the other end can't say anything more.
I planned to order 2 shawarma, the order is not so huge that it would not be possible to accept it by phone.
Is this why I have to waste my personal time to wait for the food to be cooked just because the girl couldn't pick up the order?
Considering that when I take on Sovetskaya, they take orders by phone without any problems and upon arrival I do not spend 15-20 minutes waiting.
A very big omission and ruined reputation of this particular point in my eyes!

As a result, I went into the institution, one man was waiting for an order and that was it. The cashier and the cook generally came from a smoke break (when I was walking, I saw them at the end of the building). I'm standing at the checkout, waiting for the order to be taken. The cashier started accepting the order by phone for delivery and only then decided to deign to serve me.
The staff is nervous, puts a huge bolt on work and customers, and it makes sense that you have a phone number for orders on your website - 0
I am very disappointed.
I can't say anything about the taste of shawarma, because I took it for my brother in the army.

Shawarma that you can just stuff your stomach with, if there is nothing at all. Strange lavash, oiled, mayonnaise sauce and soft chicken. In one shawarma, instead of pepperoni, they simply put pieces of sausage, and not the sharpest sour sauce was poured into the spicy one. Something is missing from the assortment on a regular basis. I live literally a 10-minute walk from this place. I go there often. The service gets worse and worse every time. The cashier, a slender physique named Maria or Marina, treats the guests disrespectfully, the shawarma is delicious, then not very good, it would be all right, but that's not the point of the review. I recently visited this place once again. The cashier was not Maria or Marina, but another woman, with dark hair and a thick build. I went into the building, waited 7 minutes for someone (cook or cashier) to enter the room, I was already thinking of leaving, but the cashier suddenly came out and accepted the order. I asked to remove one ingredient from my shawarma, and later reminded me about it again. The cook came up 2 minutes after the cashier and prepared my order, later I hear that the cashier laughs, runs to the cook and says in a low voice that she forgot to tell him to remove the same ingredient. When I was there, the charm was unwrapped, the same ingredient was pulled out minimally and rolled back. I was shocked because the juice of this ingredient had already got on the rest of the ingredients. After the shawarma was cooked, they gave it to me. Because I heard that initially the cashier forgot to tell me about the ingredient, I clarified whether it was definitely missing, I heard a positive answer, hoped that it was removed, and, frankly, I did not have the strength to swear. Bottom line: there is a lot of the same ingredient in the shawarma, the sauce was added just a little bit, the shawarma was a little dry and soaked with this unfortunate ingredient. I don't think I'm going to visit this place anymore. In comparison, I will add that the staff at Vrublevsky is excellent, and the shawarma is tastier, and the structure of the shawarma is better. In general, Solomovaya is a complete mess, I do not advise anyone to come here.
