Namely, in some positions (at least in the appendix) "pickled cucumbers" are indicated, i.e. when just cucumbers are indicated, it is perceived as a fresh cucumber. And I was specifically looking for positions with fresh cucumbers, naturally pickled in my shawarma. Please correct this point, thank you. My husband says it's better to replace the pita bread with denser ones) If this is not possible, but you damn well know that everything will get wet because of the sauce, wrap it in two pita bread, what's the problem?)) I recently tried shawarma at one of the local kiosks, and overall I was satisfied. I want to note right away that the portion was very satisfying, with lots of meat and fresh vegetables. The sauce turned out to be well balanced, without excessive sharpness or sweetness. The pita bread was fresh and not soaked, which is always an important indicator for me. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that the meat was slightly over-dried, and I would like a little more greens. But this did not spoil the impression of the dish much. In the end, I would rate the shawarma 4 out of 5. I definitely recommend trying it if you like well-cooked street food.
