Dear Management, I am writing to you with a complaint about the quality of the products purchased at your establishment. On May 23, at about 2 p.m., I visited your point at 4a, 50 Let VLKSM Street, and ordered a Chicago shawarma. Unfortunately, I was, to put it mildly, disappointed with the quality of the shurma, it turned out to be half empty, and the composition did not match the declared one. Instead of garlic and mustard sauces, there was only one tomato sauce. In addition, the pieces of meat were cut too large, which made the shawarma uncomfortable to eat. In connection with the above, I had to throw away the shawarma I ordered. I had a desire to bring her back, but I understand that this would hardly have brought any results. I hope for your understanding and taking the necessary measures to improve product quality.

Well , it 's very tasty 🔥🔥🔥The kids love him!The staff is very friendly and professional. The interior of the cafe is cozy and comfortable, there are convenient places to relax. In general, there are no questions about the service, everything is fine.. But, the order itself is not very good.. I ordered Mexico for myself, it turned out it was not clear what.. The shawarma is falling apart, it does not keep its shape from the word at all, it is soft, the lamb is not fried, you eat like dough... The combination of sauces is generally good, but a little dry. There are no restrictions on the composition.
