We came and made an order (we ordered 2 cheese shawarma, we did not issue a receipt). They said to wait 20-25 minutes. they waited, waited, after 50 minutes they came and asked: when will 2 cheese shawarma be ready? we were told that they had already been taken away, as a result, we waited another 10 minutes until they realized what they had done wrong, and another 10 minutes until they cooked a new shawarma (2 stars for a delicious shawarma)
