I ordered a large cheese shawarma, I waited 20 minutes, they promised 10. The waiting time was stated as 10 minutes, but in the end, all 25 waited. While I brought the shawarma to the house (5 minutes) she managed to fall apart before I took her out of the bag. The order was for 11 rubles (500 gr. Barbecue) - but the Barbecue sauce was only in the name, the shawarma itself was all soaked and everything fell on the plate after the first bite, the cucumbers were clearly not fresh.
