I am writing a review without leaving the stall.
I was passing through and caught a queue near shavukha. 9₽ - 400g. What intrigued me was the signature sauce written in the composition. But what we have at the exit.
The meat is dry and, as for me, it has already gone stale (it was Friday 13:00). There are plenty of vegetables. But the signature sauce is ketchup, just emae ketchup. Shavuha should be made on sour cream garlic sauce or some other, this is the signature sauce. Not a can of ketchup. I got the Shavukha in my hands already in the package and inside there were guesses that it would fall apart. Taking into account the abundant pouring of ketchup, in order to give the meat at least some juice, the shawarma fell apart before the bite. In the middle of eating, all the ingredients just fell into a bag and I had to take out a fork.
Result:
The quality of the shavukha is 2 strong!
Change the pita bread, sauce.
For lack of an alternative, the locals have nothing to compare them with.

The best shawarma I've ever eaten! And this is not an exaggeration: my wife and I were driving from Nesvizh Castle to Minsk, I wanted to have a snack, Yandex built a path through the Columns. We chose shawarma, I had never tried shawarma in Belarus before. They took Texas and Desperado. And it was magical. I asked for extra cheese in desperado, I haven't been high for so long. And my wife's Texas was awesome too, this barbecue sauce... And I boldly declare that I have not tried shawarma better, despite the fact that for work I often go on business trips to various cities of Russia (from Norilsk to some Balashov in Saratov or Morshansk in Tambov or Krasny Sulin in the Rostov regions, etc.), I often sample shawarma. Before that, I thought that the best shawarma in the village of Razvilka in the Moscow region (delicious as at home), now I have an updated favorite. I recommend it to everyone!!!

According to the reviews, my husband and I watched a good shawarma. We decided to stop by to take a sample. What awaited us: the response of the dissatisfied girl who prepared it for us - we have to wait for 40 minutes. 40 minutes we waited for it to be made for us, the price is the same as in Minsk, plus I gave myself an extra. I ordered it with onions. The result (We did not eat worse than this shawarma, I did not see onions for a fee at all, one hard cabbage that interrupted the whole taste and did not chew, there is no branded sauce at all, but just mayonnaise and ketchup. In a word, the roll in the pita bread is terrible!

I'm from Rostov-on-Don, and I'm disappointed, of course, for the same money, our shava practically reaches to the elbow and the meat there is much more, and in general I did not like the taste (But maybe my fault, maybe I chose the wrong one), but there is nothing to compare it with (maybe here by there is no better place, I do not know).... Lavash is kind of unusual, I would say bread. The sauce is enough, not too much, very harmonious overall. The meat is delicious, the rest of the ingredients are also in moderation.
