Potatoes are felled almost more than meat, there are very few sauces, two and a half slices of tomatoes. The result is very dry. But at the same time, there are no complaints about meat. It is cooked in two minutes, and for the price of 1300 by weight it comes out very decently.
Before my eyes, another shawarmeister put three times more sauce in the bread shawarma than my lavash got. Maybe it depends on the master, maybe on the nationality of the client, maybe on the mood, maybe on the position of Jupiter.

Shawarma, for my taste, is a little dry. There is a lot of pita bread, and the whole sauce is absorbed by potatoes. There remains a dry chicken and a couple of tomatoes. The sauce is not bad, but there is not enough tenderness in it (almost ordinary ketchunez). But they do it quickly. In general, not a fountain 🥲
