There is a lot of advertising and promises. When I arrived: the waiting time for shawarma is 30 minutes; there is no service; you need to eat outside, since there are 4 chairs inside.
We waited 45 minutes for our order, and we received a butter pie with butter pouring off it. It's not real to eat, you have to sit and wait for the pasture to merge. The second shawarma is a classic made from natural mayonnaise. The mayonnaise shawarma had to be thrown out altogether, as the meat was not found there.
I'm sure this is such a day and a new employee, but the advertisement promised me something else, maybe three stars, but the advertisement said it was delicious and not poison. I threw out the shawarma, and that's 2 stars maximum.

We are very disappointed in the delivery of this institution. Not only did they not make 2 out of 3 shawarma, they also brazenly lied that their order was not fully displayed. Since the courier told them that he had 3 items in the order, and they told him "that everything was decided from the customers" although no one decided anything with us. When they called them, they were told that only 1 shawarma and 1 fanta were displayed in the order (by the way, they didn't have any fanta either, they put a coke without asking). And they also put a coke without sugar, and do you know why? They have an order promotion from 34 rubles, cola zero as a gift. And how did they get more than 34 rubles for an order if only 1 shawarma was displayed on the computer? In general, deception is the worst thing that people and organizations do. The evening is ruined.

I recently discovered this place. I was surprised. I think it's one of the best in the city. Now I buy here very often. Cooking takes about 7 minutes, you can order in advance. Always perfectly twisted, slightly crispy pita bread... and a variety of fillings. Well, it's very tasty. I will separately note the sauce - a unique taste (white sauce). Friendly staff, cozy establishment, I recommend 100%.

I ordered a shawarma, and oh Gods, how good it is! A minimum of pita bread, a maximum of filling, but the coolest thing is that it is hot, warmed up by the cavity, wherever I take shava, only pita bread is warm everywhere, and the filling is cold, and here it's all hot, it's just WOW GUYS!
Also, while I was eating, the pita bread was never soaked, tightly twisted, nothing fell apart, did not flow, this is also a huge plus!)

1. the waiting time instead of 10 minutes, which was announced by the cashier, was 17, which is why I had to cancel the taxi, while the two receipts that were after me were given earlier than my order.I understood that there was some kind of confusion or error with the receipts and my order had just STARTED to be prepared about eight minutes after payment.
I asked for "with me," but after receiving my order and looking into the bag, I saw that it was not packed in any way except for a paper wrapper and a cellophane bag inside.For this reason, I decided to eat it right away and, surprisingly, it turned out that it was completely cold inside)))
In short, the taste could be 5/5, because the shawarma itself is made of cool ingredients, excellent meat ratio/sauce/delicious(!!!) vegetables
But I was very upset by the negative aspects described above, so 2 points is a minus.

We ordered shawarma, potatoes and drinks in this institution, everyone was satisfied) they were delivered quickly, it was still hot, everything was fresh and delicious. Very fatty (deep-fried, yes, but after deep-frying, you could dry it from excess fat). I started eating. The breading is very tough, there is no taste of shava, super thick sauce, it is not clear whether the meat is cooked or not. I woke up in the morning from severe abdominal pain (we exclude the option of another meal because it was my only meal of the day)
I haven't tried other products, so I'm talking now specifically about a separate item in the menu. This is from the category of the fact that they came up with something new that it was better not to invent.
