I tried an amazing kebab, which just won me over with its taste! The meat was perfectly fried – juicy inside and with a light crust on the outside. The pleasant aroma of the smoke added a special piquancy, and the marinade was so balanced that it did not interrupt the taste of the meat, but on the contrary, emphasized it. Each vein was soaked with spices, but in moderation, which made the dish harmonious. A real treat for fans of high-quality barbecue!"
