Very!!! Everything on the menu is a delight! Very tasty! The price is low-cost, and the taste is excellent! We tried Uzbek cuisine in different places, in different cities, but we liked Bo-Bo the most. It's easy to find, it's near Registan. They were in early April 2025. Rakhmat!
As if it were a local food place, there are no price tags, the final price for lunch was 130k soums: for chickpeas with meat (it was OK), a plate of pilaf (where the rice is either old or undercooked, maybe, of course, this is a feature of Samarkand pilaf, then it's not mine... in short, for 3+, in fairness: a cucumber-tomato salad and more greens with something white are served for the break.. either sour cream or kaymak), tea (as if boiling water had been poured into a teapot, where there was already a brew for other guests, because the taste was not felt) and beer (which could not be drunk, as if diphenhydramine had been splashed there and diluted with water).
Anyway, I wouldn't go here a second time.
