Who goes to Abkhazia for what, but personally we are across the sea! We had a rest in July 2024. We liked everything about the hotel! The territory is picturesque, well-groomed, everyone asked where we rest, seeing our photos, they thought it was in Turkey! We rested on the ground floor, the room is renovated, clean, cool due to the air conditioner, quiet and peaceful! They offered to clean the room almost every day, but we got used to it ourselves, especially with children we have to do it all the time. The owner of the hotel is a pleasant and good-natured man with a sweet humor, which, unfortunately, not everyone understands. We understood Irakli from half a word, however, as he understood us.
In the morning, hearty breakfasts, delicious, as before at grandma's in the village. It's 5 minutes to the sea, while you're walking, you'll leave half your wallet, we're with the kids, there are boardboards, catamarans, inflatable slides and banana rides on the beach. Boat trips and various excursions.
Everything was fine! After all, Abkhazians are very peaceful, funny, they will always help, and surprisingly, they trust. Maybe not for everyone. We're lucky! In general, we recommend it to everyone who goes not for luxury service, but for the sea and picturesque nature! The Sharmat Hotel fully justifies its two stars, all three for us! Thank you Irakli, God willing, we will definitely come again!!!

Beautiful territory. Well maintained. Comfortably.
But everything in the room is simple. There is no refrigerator. The TV is not flat, as it is now in all hotels, but old, but we did not watch it - that's not why we came. If something breaks, then no one is in a hurry to fix it. There is no hair dryer, iron, hand towels. We knew about the shortcomings in advance, so we took everything with us.
A decent breakfast is prepared in the morning. Lunch and dinner can be prepared by yourself in the kitchen. Although there are many places nearby where you can eat delicious food.
The sea is 300 meters away. There is a grove of Pitsunda pine trees near the beach. You can go into the shade instead of roasting in the sun. We liked it.
We had a rest from June 20 to the beginning of July.

We have been at the Sharmat Hotel for 10 days since 09/27.23. Once on the territory of the hotel, you understand how paradise should look, everything is so beautiful and cozy. The room has everything you need - toilet, bath, hot water, comfortable bed, quality linen. Air conditioning, TV is not modern, but we don't need it, since nature replaces any TV show. And I would especially like to mention the manager of the hotel Irakli. Very pleasant, democratic, to whom you can turn with any request. Everything is based on mutual trust in this cozy place. I want to come back here.... Perhaps, for those who are looking for "special" comfort, something may not like it. For example, there is no hair dryer in the room, the refrigerator is shared in the kitchen, but for us all these little things are not critical. The sea is 5 minutes away, the forest is on the shore of the best sea on the entire Black Sea coast, and we brought a hair dryer from home. Sergey and Lada. Tambov.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes to the sea, close to shops, cafes, bus stop. The room has everything you need - toilet, bath, air conditioning, TV. Very budget-friendly. The price in October is 1500 rubles per room. The territory is well maintained. Many thanks to the manager Irakli for his kindness and for the trusting relationship with us. I want to come back here…

People don't see each other on the beautiful landscape. It's a terrible place. To the owner from the high bell tower for everything. We checked into two rooms, a large family, the toilet did not work in the first room. The owner was told on the day of arrival, he said he would fix it, nothing had changed. In the second large room with two rooms, the air conditioner did not work. He referred to power outages. They asked for a fan, after they finished it, I bought it on the 5th day of the vacation. There is a kitchen, but guests cannot cook in it.

The hotel is average lousy. Rested from September 4-14, 2023. There is almost never anyone at the reception, many came and sat waiting for the manager to return. The rooms are small, you can't turn around, it feels like you've been to the hospital, white plastered walls, bed linen is not ironed (clean, but I don't iron, I don't iron, the manager said)) cleaning is not carried out, because there is no one. In the shower: the bathroom is mildewed, the sink and the toilet bowl are kept on their word of honor. Only the territory is beautiful, but it is very, very small. There is a summer kitchen, but you can not cook on it, but you can pass the evening, over glasses of wine, pre-ordering a barbecue)). Breakfast is buckwheat with milk, or boiled eggs, or oatmeal porridge. You can have lunch for an additional fee, fresh but monotonous food is prepared every day.

We had a rest in Sharmat in August 2023. I'll give you one star for the landscaping. That's where the advantages end. I read the reviews before the trip, I didn't believe it, but in vain.
Rooms: everything is very simple and cheap, very dirty. The century-old web is hanging just like sails. The air conditioner can 't cope , although it seems to be working . There is no refrigerator or kettle .
You can not wash the laundry, the machine is only for staff, if you are resting with your family, die over the laundry, you couldn't even beg for a basin..
Breakfast included :
Breakfast is always fresh, but .. They prepare it by 9:00 a.m., without hurrying, they have nowhere to hurry . There are 4 dishes for breakfast , which are repeated constantly and the portions are very small .
Lunch : upon arrival, they said you can buy , in fact , they want to cook , they don't want to, soup is water, portions are small, expensive. For the same money, the village was simply bombed..
there are no dinners and nowhere to get …
there is no microwave on site , it is impossible to cook in their kitchen , the refrigerator is 1 for 30 rooms , dirty, smelly and does not really work . All you can do is warm the kettle, considering that there are no cafes or shops near this hotel, everything is very far away in the village, then in fact, this is a cheap flophouse where the staff and manager did not run away for you to do anything..
Service = 0 elementary , you will not be able to warm the food there .
Upon request, we leave in the morning for an excursion , instead of the paid breakfast , please cook us some eggs , ( we can 't do it ourselves ) We were just sent by their cook ! An evil, harmful old woman!
The sea is close and the beach is good.
The impression of the holiday is spoiled by staying in Sharmat!

A very beautiful, cozy area with an open cafe for breakfast and just relaxing, gatherings, snacks. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are clean, there will probably be repairs soon. The manager, the maid and the cook at breakfast are friendly, responsive, it was nice to communicate. The location of the hotel is good. Close, 5 minutes to the sea, shops nearby.

Beautiful territory.We settled in on August 12.The room is dirty, there are cobwebs on the walls with spiders and broken mosquitoes on the walls.There is dirt on the balcony, it seems that it was not cleaned at all. The same picture is a web with spiders .The toilet and bathroom are dirty as well with insects.During the 10 days of stay, no one has ever washed either the sink or the toilet tub.They asked the maid to clean up. The whole cleaning consisted of smearing the floor in the hallway.I changed the bed linen only once and at our request, the towels were changed themselves because I couldn't wait for their change.The dining room is a separate story, it's not just scary to go there, but it's disgusting to pick up something.Everything killed from the refrigerator to the dishes.For breakfast, the so-called cook cooked eggs with droppings on the shell twice, she did not wash them even when she put them on plates, not saying that they should be washed before cooking.In the same place, she cooked dinner all over the place, not on a blackboard , but on a dirty table. Seeing this , you will not want to eat .It seems that the Russian pigs have arrived to eat.But we found a very clean wonderful dining room near the Pshada hotel and went there to eat.So I do not recommend this hotel.The owner should reconsider his attitude towards tourists.And draw a conclusion from the maintenance staff.

We had a family vacation in August 2021. There is only one plus-the hotel is located near the sea. Then everything is like in a nightmare. There is no entertainment for children on the territory of the hotel, only available: two palm trees and a sea of cats, and lichen ones. There is a separate story about the room in general: the room is damp, (we lived on the ground floor), after taking a shower, the floors float, i.e. water flows out of the shower into the corridor under the linoleum. Cleaning the room on your own, and by means (there are no rags and scoops), do not even think about changing the linen.The TV is just for the entourage, it doesn't work. Scorpions come to visit at night.The breakfasts are monotonous (a pile of oatmeal porridge or one yogurt, for each a piece of bread and butter the size of a pea and cheese with the size of an eraser), and then you need to go through casting, kitchen workers will like it, or you will be left without porridge or tea, or mugs. It's hard to get water for coffee just like that, only strictly from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and that's it) There is no refrigerator in the room, it is in the kitchen, so I had to bow at the feet of the aunts of the workers to take my food from it and feed my children.All the problems that accumulated during the rest were voiced, I don't know who he is, maybe the manager, he didn't introduce himself to us - Irakli, one answer is "I don't like it, go to all four sides, no one called you here."
