There is a big problem with dishes, everything is missing: forks, spoons, plates, cups, even disposable cups are in short supply.
Alcohol is highly diluted, beer is very often absent.

Spoiler alert: we waited for about an hour, an employee cleaned up with us, and we waited on the terrace. We didn't get one duvet cover and 2 pillowcases changed))) the employee just examined them and did not change them, although the room had not been cleaned at all before us.
But this room was much better, but everything was very very dirty.
It is worth mentioning that many rooms have a whole bunch of problems: the door handle, lock, air conditioning, refrigerator do not work.
Absolutely everything worked in our room, cleaning was done 2 times (mopping the floors, changing the bed linen)
2) One word that can describe this hotel is a queue. Queues are everywhere, for drinks at the bar, for ice cream, for food. Beer and ice cream are always running out. There is not enough space in the restaurant, there are no spoons, forks, napkins. Sun beds after breakfast are unlikely to be occupied.
3) Drinks are more or less, but sometimes they are diluted.
4) The rooms are tired
The staff is often friendly, the guys are great.
In general, for its 2500 per day, this is a good option, the cheapest hotel on the first line, also with good food, but if you are picky, then you should pay extra and look for another place to stay.
The hotel has a large territory, everything is very beautiful, the pools are clean, there are several of them, you generally feel like in a large residential complex, each courtyard has its own view and landscape, rooms with different views and possibilities. The second floor has its own balconies, the ground floor has access from the balcony as a private veranda. I liked it very much. I won't talk about the service, because I was satisfied with everything, but the taste and color are all different. The only thing was that the air conditioners didn't cool down, but worked more like fans.

The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the service and poor organization. 5. Bars - it feels like you got here by accident. You have to beg for all the alcohol, then there are no glasses, then the beer is over. Take glasses with you, and you will definitely need them.

The breakfasts at the hotel are standard, but lunch and dinner are very tasty and varied. In general, we were checked in (check-in starts at 14:00) only at 15:00 - because at the reception, standing in line to be checked into the room, chaos began. There were 5 more people standing in line behind us, who for some reason were served faster than us. And all the time they said that there were no numbers - wait! After waiting for the room, it's just a treat (I'm not fussy, but I didn't dare walk barefoot on the floor in the room, since I brought disposable slippers with me). The room is old and dirty, the doors to the room are wooden - it feels like they tried to break down with an axe, there is no bottled water in the room, our room has a sea view, NO balcony or terrace, there is nowhere to hang wet towels or at least a swimsuit, there is no lighting in the room except for a dim floor lamp! There is a light in the hallway in the room. There are no outlets in the bathroom, the TV is not working.
I can also say that the food is so-so. They don't know how to cook meat - it's tough or overcooked. Well, if you dig around, you can find something to eat.

В Египте 15-й раз и Sharm Plaza - это самый поганый, грязный и убогий отель, в каком я была!!! Отель позиционируется как 4*, а при въезде - гордая вывеска 5*,что абсолютно не соответствует действительности. Кроме красивых видов на море и коралового рифа здесь нет ничего позитивного!!!
1. Еда. Грязь на столах, вечный дефицит салфеток и приборов. Очереди в любое время завтрака, обеда и ужина!!! Скудный выбор блюд (поверьте, я была в 3* и выбор блюд там был гораздо больше, чем здесь). Алкоголь - это отдельная тема. Смесь воды с ромом, джином и прочими крепкими напитками наполовину, вино не разбавленное, но на вкус отстой. Еда постоянно остывшая, подогрева на шведской линии нет. 31 декабря в ночь я отравилась и провела в местной больнице под капельницей, после чего ещё неделю лечилась от интоксикации в Москве.
2. Номера. Старые, грязные, разваливавшиеся. У нас ломался душ, протекал шланг унитаза, постоянно капала вода из раковины на пол. У наших знакомых вообще сломался слив в туалете и они смывали водой из ведра!!! Как в деревне.
3. Анимация. Её просто нет. Один раз были танцы папуасов и всё, и это накануне Нового Года. В остальное время убогая зарядка на пляже, мини-диско, караоке и конкурсы типа мисс отель, где вас развлекают сами отдыхающие. Заявленного детского клуба нет, он просто закрыт. Бильярда не видели. Есть только настольный теннис на пляже, куда опять же бесконечные очереди.
4. Все бассейны БЕЗ ПОДОГРЕВА, хотя на сайте туроператора указано, что с подогревом. Водные горки не работают (за 7 дней мы ни разу не смогли угадать время включения воды на горках, хотя кто-то говорил, что успевали покататься). Но вода в бассейнах настолько грязная, что страшно туда опускать даже ноги.
5. Контингент: украинцы, таджики, киргизы, арабы и немного русских. В общем, вы поняли, что брать с собой красивые наряды и искать знакомств там не стоит.
6. Пляж 3-х уровневый. Я занимала лежаки в 7 утра. Пирс старый, пластиковый, некоторые ячейки просто сломаны, наступаешь ногой и проваливаешься. Пирс постоянно качает, лестница под углом 45 градусов. В общем, спуститься к морю- квест.
Я оптимист, но даже я была в шоке от отеля, от его разрухи, от безысходности. Многие пишут, что персонал старается. Да, это прекрасно, но ехать в этот отель ради слоников из полотенец на кровати и разбросанных лепестков - не нужно!!! Обходите стороной этот отель-призрак. В дополнение просто красивые фоточки из номера, с пляжа. Но эти фото не могут исправить ужасное впечатление от Sharm Plaza.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2025, and we WILL NEVER RETURN here again. Firstly, the room was terrible (the air conditioner did not work, the toilet was flushed, the safe was broken, the wardrobe doors were broken), after the problems were discovered, we immediately went to the reception, and went there for 5 days, until it came to the extreme point - stealing money from the room. In 7 days, cleaning was done once, we hung a sign on the door asking for cleaning, after which the cleaner immediately came to us and we went to the beach, when we returned to the room, we found that money ($200) had been stolen from our bags, and there was no cleaning either, although right before A cleaner visited us. After this incident, we went to the reception and began to clarify the issue in raised tones, which subsequently led to the replacement of the room at our request (after 5 days of stay). The money was not found, but they offered compensation in the form of excursions, massages and $50. In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you should go to this place 100%, we were shocked by the passivity and aggressiveness of the staff towards the residents. Here, no one cares about the comfort of the guests, the conditions in which they live.
The buffet is a set of monotonous dishes, absolutely not tasty and mediocre, the assortment is the same every day (they ran to the toilet after each meal)
The bar closes at 00:00, after which it becomes paid, cocktails are diluted, filled to the brim with ice, if you come up and ask for 2 drinks, then you are called "crazy cheapskates")
During the stay, a wound was received at sea, there was blood, they went to the medical center for treatment, but unfortunately they could not do this because there were no disinfectants and they were told to go to the hospital half an hour away from the hotel.
On the plus side, it's a stunning reef and beautiful territory, and that's probably it.
I do not recommend this hotel to visit, it is not worth your time and spoiled mood!
