Hello, I want to express my gratitude for the professional work of the local doctors! And especially the doctor in the photo! People know their business, they helped my son a lot in this clinic and sewed a finger on his little hand well! And I would also like to thank the Abenom guide separately! He did not leave us for a second, he translated everything that the doctors said and calmed my wife in the corridor of the hospital. I really got into the Egyptian people, they are very good, and most importantly, real people!!! You just need to be friends with them and support them in difficult times! What I will do upon arrival at home is now my duty.
I don't just want to express my gratitude, but to share my delight and a real impression that I haven't received anywhere else!
It so happened that at the end of the vacation, my sister, my two little nieces and I were admitted to this hospital with the virus in the babies. They were insured, but I didn't go on insurance because I wasn't sick. But my sister couldn't handle the little ones alone, and I was allowed to stay. We were put in a separate room with all the amenities, beds, bedside tables, TV, shower, toilet are all in the room, a button to call the staff. The doctors are all good and kind, professionals in their field. We communicated through a translator. All the nurses and all the staff are very helpful, they help with everything selflessly and for free.
Namely, the fact that the insurance did not cover us was given for free!!!
Food, pellets, diapers, water, tea, coffee all the time. 24/7 so that we don't ask.
2 taxis are free when checking out to the airport and to the hotel. They were worried about us, the babies were treated carefully, treated well. Upon discharge, they collected and presented medicines and gifts. We lay there for 5 days, and when we left, we even shed tears with the doctor and staff.
The ward was cleaned 10 times a day. They were fed at their own expense to the brim.
And most importantly, the babies were completely cured.
I have not seen such an attitude even in Moscow, and even for a fee.
One thing is for sure, if I fly to Sharm, I will definitely stop by to tell you.
I am attaching a photo of a mini-life in this hospital. By the way, I went out for a walk, they didn't forbid it
Many thanks to the doctors and staff of this clinic. From the first visit, I was surrounded by care. My broken wrist was operated on immediately, placed in a clean room with all the amenities and a view of the sea, clearly instructed on taking medications, and all the necessary documents were issued for the flight. It's just a complete debacle of stereotypes, it's very difficult to find such a clinic in Moscow. If you're in trouble, don't worry, there are real professionals working at this clinic. From the operating surgeon and the night doctor on duty to the head nurse of Omnia, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for your hard work!
