I stayed at this hotel from May 6 to May 16, after reading the reviews, I thought what a horror it was here, where I was going..
But when I arrived here, I was greeted with a smile at the reception, I was offered a choice of two rooms, of course, the hairdryer did not work in the room at first, but I asked the reception to fix it, they fixed it right away, the room is being cleaned once every three days until you pay 1 dollar to the cleaner, the air conditioner is working, bottled water is not brought,there is a shuttle service to the sea in the morning and at lunch and in the evening, if the package is all inclusive, they give free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic),the food is delicious, I did not starve, but the food is the same every single day Today, at the check-out, I wanted to have lunch before the plane , they said that for a fee of $ 5 , it generally spoiled my opinion of the hotel, would I come here again?I think not!

We arrived on vacation from May 18 to May 30, 2025.

The whole hotel is supported by the staff (good, helpful, trying to entertain at their own expense)-I feel terribly sorry for them. if it wasn't for them, this shit would have been shut down long ago.
We arrived at night and were not fed in the room without a raptor (we bought it at our own expense)it is impossible to sleep because a piece of glass is knocked out in the balcony door, shoe marks on the ceiling, the sink is burst, the rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed because there is no water in hotels with enviable regularity (one large towel and three small ones for the legs until the end of the rest).
Everything that is not eaten during the day is served in the following, even if it specifically smells sour from these dishes.If you are late for a meal for at least 10-15 minutes, you will not get fresh salads because the chef simply does not have it....because the owner of the hotel, who lives in one of the rooms, eats perfectly (shrimp, squid, fruit baskets ... etc.)-the guests, looking at this, are forced to eat rotten meat and get poisoned!
Before departure, two of the guests have a birthday (the staff made a pie on their own)-Thank you!
I wanted to dance at the D.R. (the disco is announced every day), the host forbade the guests to dance because on that day he invited his friends and prostitutes for them and the DJ couldn't even put on 1 song for us.
In general, only one thing is reassuring among the guests, our ticket was slightly less than 100 thousand.
There hasn't been such a mess in 15 years.

Guys, this is terrible. We were flooded. The receptionist informed me at 6:30 a.m. they promised to sort it out. They didn't do anything. Water was dripping from all the walls. After that, there was an electrical failure, and I was almost electrocuted. Hysterically, she demanded to provide us with another room. I was denied this, they promised to fix the problem. At 23:30, I was pregnant and couldn't go into my room like a homeless man. It's not safe there. It was only then that I felt sick and they moved us into another room. You should understand that even pregnant women are not treated with understanding in the month of Ramadan, there are other 4-star hotels there that are much cooler. Don't come here because there are wires sticking out. Children and families are not safe here. Don't listen to tour agents. We gave 150 thousand for 6 nights. So much disappointment in people.
