For 13 days we are not happy at all .There are a lot of Kazakhs and Russians. There are no foreigners . In short, it's more of a boarding house, not a hotel. I read the reviews and was very surprised. Has everything really changed that much and is everything so bad? My wife and I visited Charm Bride about a decade ago. We were picked up from the airport around ten o'clock local time. They usually check in after twelve, but at the reception we were asked to wait only half an hour, they asked if we were hungry. We expressed a desire to have a snack. We were told that it's not breakfast anymore, but it's not lunch yet, but they'll come up with something. And indeed, about ten minutes later, they brought us something meat (I don't remember anymore) with French fries and fruit at a table right next to the entrance from the lobby to the hotel. Then a hotel employee appeared, took our things and escorted us to the room. The room is on the ground floor, with access from the veranda directly to the stairs to the pool. The room is clean and cozy. Furniture: two beds (linen was changed daily); a bedside table between them with a telephone and a desk lamp; a sofa on a long-pile rug; opposite a bedside table with drawers on which there is nothing to watch on which there are no Russian-language channels), a mirror on the wall, a chair next to it; a small refrigerator with bottles of water; a small chest of drawers; large cabinet with hangers and a compartment with shelves, a separate compartment with a safe. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower and a full bathtub, in which there was always hot and cold water during our stay; towels, disposable soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste were replaced daily, there are no slippers in this hotel. It's inside. Outside there is a small veranda with two chairs and a table with an ashtray on a glass lid. There is a swimming pool next to it, divided into several depth zones: along the edges there are two "paddling pools" for children (waist-deep), a middle zone (chest-deep) where they stretched a net and played something like volleyball, and a deep one - you can dive from the side. The water is clean, the filtration system has always worked. In the middle is an island with palm trees, bushes and grass, connected to the shores by two bridges, the railings of which are decorated with garlands and looked very beautiful at night. Slides and a mini-bar with underwater seats near the counter were open during the day. People drink beer up to their chests in water - very original! At night, a bluish backlight turns on in the water and the whole pool looks like a gemstone. Now the food. We have never lacked either quantity or assortment. There have always been meat and fish dishes and several types of side dishes. Also stewed and fresh vegetables. If you wanted scrambled eggs or pancakes, then two chefs baked them right in front of you. There was always a choice of fruits and pastries for dessert. On the third, you could take coffee (instant, there was no coffee machine) or tea. There were also three coolers with different types of juices. Yes, there was a queue, but when everyone arrives at the same time, this happens, you know. But for someone to run out of food and leave without having breakfast (lunch, dinner) - I have never seen such a thing! But when a person had a Birthday, all the chefs - seven people came out - presented the birthday boy with a cake and congratulated him by singing some local song, and even dancing around the table - I saw that. The only negative thing I took off the star for is the beach. If you can call it that... I'm not a demanding person, but walking almost half a kilometer over rocks to a place where you can swim, and then back in the same order is too much! Therefore, his first visit was his last. Then we went to Public Beach, because the minibus stops right at the hotel. The fare at that time was about the same as in Moscow, so it was not expensive. Conclusion: the hotel is quite decent, especially beautiful at night with the pool, paths and everything else illuminated. The quality of service is quite normal. The room (I'm talking about my own, I haven't been to any others) is clean, daily cleaning. The food is also quite decent, there was always a choice. In the evening, while it was light, people were entertained with dancing and aerobics, there were darts and a tennis table. And when night fell, there were "yogis" on glass and nails, there was a fire show, etc. Contests were also held, for example, for the best Thai in the image. In general, it was not boring and my memories of this hotel are the most positive!

Yesterday we returned from the miracle hotel, I rested in different hotels in the main districts of Naama Bay and Hadoba.Nabc drifted into this hole because the fours were busy.The area is bad, dirty, there's nothing nearby, the beach is abandoned, the umbrellas are all old and full of holes, and there's a lot of garbage around. The hotel itself is old, dirty, and the rooms are large.We lived without hot water for three days, and so on, half of the rooms are only warm, then we moved with difficulty, begged every day, cleaning once a week, there are no beach towels, in the morning they will bring 5 pieces and whoever managed to get lucky.The door wouldn't close, either the card was demagnetized or the lock itself, or they lived with the door open. The air conditioner worked intermittently, mosquitoes were not poisoned, water was brought once a day, 1.5 liters was enough for us.They checked us in for 2 hours, and that was all at night, although the rooms were available, the manager was a terrible (rude, evil boor) Bus to the beach on schedule, but there were not enough seats, they were only allowed to sit, they could not stand, they were kicked out.Drive to El Muontaza beach - 2 min 15.
About food, this is a separate topic, there is always a queue at the door before opening, tourists fly in and start grabbing food, because if you don't do this, you will stay hungry, they don't report what they ate, they give out meat in pieces, they can put two, they gave greens once a week (parsley) tomatoes and cucumbers were always there. There really is nothing to eat for breakfast, especially for children. Only the milk is dry! The coffee is the cheapest, and there is no cafe or car there. We bought the milk ourselves, and the juices are also in tetropackages, where they only give juice powder of the tango type.they give national falafel for breakfast everywhere, but not here)) although it's not expensive. Boiled eggs or fried every other day, mashed potatoes and fried eggplant, rolls, vegetables-everything.
There is a choice for lunch, and meat is just necessary not to be late by 13:00, with dinner the same.
There are constantly not enough dishes, there are no glasses, they wash in front of tourists (just rinsing with water) apparently they do not use detergent, the dishes are not washed! There is dirt on the tables in the dining room, the tablecloths are also dirty, if there are not enough cups, they give disposable ones. The animators are doing their best, the guys are good, and there are darts, yoga, aqua aerobics, music, and dancing.
We went to the beach once and then to the toll stations, of course you get tired, but it's beautiful and the reefs are good, there's a broken pontoon on our beach, they don't let us on the pontoon of the neighboring beach.
In general, I do not advise you to get there.
