I was here on December 1st. I changed the disks for the winter. I arrived in the evening, and there was no one there. The music was playing extremely loudly and all over the street. At first it was confusing, but it had to be changed urgently. We left the car and went to the car wash. When we arrived, we were told that everything had been changed. When asked why the 4th wheel was standing on the ground next to it, the answer was: "didn't I change it?". Upon close contact with the "specialist," they realized that he was intoxicated by both appearance and smell.
As a result, today (on the 24th), when changing the pads, we noticed that one bolt on the left front wheel was missing and the thread was torn off.

We changed the car quickly, but it was expensive. The person who is engaged in tire fitting has a special plate on the jack for wheel bolts / nuts. But he prefers to throw them in the mud, on the ground. The wheels are first clamped with a wrench, and then passed by the speaker (without clicking). Obviously, the bolts are overstretched, and manipulating the torque wrench is a show-off. 1 star for speed. They changed shoes really quickly.
