I asked to remove the "bug" on the roof. I drove up, looked at it, they said they would do it. We agreed to call in a couple of weeks. I called, they said come on such and such a date. I've arrived. As a result, "there are a lot of orders, I don't know if we will have time to do it, etc." The girl did not even remember that she had set this date the day before. Mood, plans are ruined((((
