Above all praise! I thought the reviews were hyped- but no!!! The game was a pleasure, the atmosphere was pleasant, drinks were served, the halls were clean and comfortable. When I left, I lost 10,000 rubles, but I was with another phone. The girls called and didn't get through. When I returned a few days later, I was amazed: the manager came up to me and returned the loss. That's the level! Honestly, beautifully, immaculately! Thank you so much for everything, Shangri La! We were there on weekdays in the evening. The entrance was without a deposit. The staff was very pleasant - they explained all the rules to us and helped us deal with the vending machines. The interior matches the photos from the establishment! Since there are no photos from visitors online, it was exciting to see something different inside than you would expect. But, fortunately, the casino holds the bar! The cocktails and buffet table are great - it's definitely the best whiskey sour I've tasted in Moscow and Minsk.

We came to relax with friends from Moscow, including to play, we called this place in advance, they told us that admission is free, and on Saturdays they have live music, a buffet and a raffle, inspired by this information, we went to the appointed time, but at the entrance the girl at the reception said that the entrance to the institution is paid, moreover 50 USD per person, you can play on them, but you can no longer exchange them for money, just the entrance fee, to the arguments that it is written on their institution's website that admission is free, they answer that they can change the conditions at any time, of course, a great place, with such an answer, the desire to play is completely gone

This is probably the fifth Casino in Minsk that I visited with a guy. The hall is small, but this is in many, in general it is beautiful: there are enough slot machines, there were a lot of free ones; a conveniently allocated area with tables for card games and roulette. There is a roulette with a bet starting from $ 1.
BUT: at the entrance, when the guy did not want to leave the phone number (subject to all other conditions), they persuaded him, saying that 25 bonuses would be provided (as a result, they were not given, because there were no social networks on the number.networks, although this was not discussed at the entrance). We left much more of these 25 bonuses, and they would most likely also have been left on roulette, so this moment left a very unpleasant aftertaste, after that I don't want to go here again; I don't like it when they are frankly misleading and don't do what they say🤐
And yes, it's smoky, but this happens in other casinos too, it depends on the guests - so you can put up with it. But not with lies for new guests.
