My family has been coming here for the third year in a row. We lived both in a bungalow (three of us with the children) and in a chalet (four of us). It's cozy and comfortable everywhere! However, during our first stay in the chalet, there was a floor-mounted air conditioner on the 2nd floor, and its power was not enough for 2 bedrooms, plus it was very noisy. We told the hosts about this inconvenience, and by the next season, the split system was waiting for the guests of the chalet! Now we all sleep well! To the hosts - Roma and Katya, from the four of us, a huge thank you for the attentiveness to the guests, for the sincere desire to make each guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, for their simplicity in communication and good-naturedness, for incredibly delicious home cooking, for creating with our own hands a place where you want to return for the atmosphere! Well, the beach with century-old pine trees with a minimum number of people in a 5-minute walk deserves special attention!

We had a rest in June 2024, a cozy bungalow:the water is hot and cold all the time, refrigerator, TV, WiFi, lots of clean towels, dryer. Breakfast is included, you can choose, they cook very tasty, the portions are large, you can order 0.5 for example for a child, and generally do something off the menu, for example, the child asked for Olivier, everything is served. The pool is a separate story, children cannot be kicked out before 12 at night, it is heated, illuminated, a cafe nearby, the water is clean, super. The sea is not far away, 5 minutes and you are there, a pebble. There are self-service shops and a pharmacy nearby. The owners Katya and Roma are people who are in love with their offspring. They are very kind, they will help in any situation, I do not know when they rest at all, they are very helpful. Every season they improve the territory, now we are waiting for the bathhouse, they promised for the next season.We will definitely come back, by the way, people come there 3-5 times.

Everything here is designed to ensure a decent level of rest. Many thanks to Roman and Ekaterina, their assistants, and the children for creating such a wonderful place. There are cozy houses, and the opportunity to swim in the pool on site and taste various delicious dishes. What is most amazing is that wherever you look, everything is done with your own hands. This causes great respect for the owners of the house. Despite the fact that you can not go anywhere outside the Chalet, it is worth walking 100-200 meters and there will be a beautiful clear sea with a small number of vacationers. Pine forest with ancient trees. There is also an ancient Roman Empire fortress next to the Chalet. We will return here with pleasure.

A family of 5 people vacationed in 5 bungalows, a large sofa on the ground floor, and two single and double beds on a higher level. Shower, air conditioning, TV, microwave, refrigerator, dining table in the room, washing machine, stove, dryer in the shared kitchen. There is a swimming pool and parking on the street. The beach is nearby, 5 minutes walk away, the central beach of Pitsunda is away, 25 minutes on foot through the grove. The owners, Roma and Katya, do everything for a relaxing holiday. Breakfasts are included in the price, lunches and dinners can also be ordered. Regarding excursions, shopping, transfers, the guys help and organize everything. Thank you very much, the rest was a success!

We had a family vacation in September 2023 . I liked everything! Very cozy bungalows, comfortable with air conditioning, a good bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, very comfortable beds. There is a separate kitchen where you can cook, barbecue, iron (which is not unimportant). Special thanks for the hospitality to Roma and Katya, you are the best!!! When we were driving, we thought about cooking ourselves, BUT after trying Katya's food, we decided to abandon this idea. The food is homemade, delicious in large portions. Price-quality /quantity at the height. There is a swimming pool with warm water on site. Children have plenty of space))). The sea is 300 meters away. The water is clear, the shore is pebbly. There is a locker room and a shower. In the evenings, Roma talked about the local flavor, traditions and history. Very informative. We want to come back here next year!!!!

We were there for the second time, this time with student children. We would like to express our gratitude to the hosts for their hospitality and comfort. Every year something changes for the better here and the guys have a lot of plans for the future again, we wish that everything would come true! Among the advantages is a beautiful, green area, a heated swimming pool with lighting. Very tasty food and reasonable prices. The rooms are cozy and thoughtful. The sea and the nearest shops are 5-7 minutes away.

It's been a little over a week since we left! And we already miss so much not only our beloved Abkhazia, but also the place and people where we rested. Roman and Ekaterina are wonderful people who made our vacation wonderful and peaceful. As soon as we got off the train, we were immediately met and taken to our place of residence. The hosts go to a meeting if possible. We were checked in early and on the last day we were not kicked out at 12.00, although according to the rules, eviction is at this time. In the guys' bar, you can have a great evening with a bottle of wine and a delicious dinner prepared by them. Very tasty barbecue and grilled fish from Roman. Ekaterina will feed you a wonderful breakfast and lunch, which is much cheaper than in the city. There is also a barbecue area and a spacious kitchen on site, where it is convenient to cook food on your own. I would also like to mention the cleanest and most beautiful (illuminated in the evening) swimming pool. The children swam a lot. But this is not the main thing - THE MAIN THING is the atmosphere that the guys give. It is interesting to communicate with them, Ekaterina is friendly and responsive, and Roman will tell you about the history of Abkhazia in an interesting way. We are very glad that we visited the Oasis Chalet House and sincerely wish the guys prosperity and well-being. We hope that we will come back to the already so beloved Oasis Chalet House, and you are always welcome guests in our city of Ivanovo. Elena, Maria, Matvey and Varvara.

A terrible place, the interior of a collective farm, the food is a mediocre dining room. And so for my money I have never been rude! The sign on the entrance to this institution speaks for itself. The hostess Katya and her assistant left the most unpleasant residue after visiting this "oasis". I do not recommend it: this service is not worth the money they are asking for, even close.
