We want to say a huge thank you for such a hospitable place, just a gorgeous hotel. Everything is new, clean, well-groomed, beautiful, the territory is shining, the rooms are fragrant with cleanliness, all towels are snow-white, crisp, the bed is velvet, it's nice to relax. Hot, cold water, light, Wi-Fi is always available (there is a powerful generator).You never bother, but what to cook when you go with the children, the hotel staff will do everything for you. This is a huge plus, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared. We say special words of gratitude to the administrator Edik, who will find an approach to everyone, solve any question, prompt, direct, friendly, responsive, sociable. Made our vacation fun and unforgettable. Thanks also to the man who can do everything - Aziz- great respect. The sea is 5 minutes on foot. Shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacy are all within walking distance. Chalet Male is the place where you want to come back again and again. Awesome

An amazing hotel! The attitude of the staff is gorgeous, everyone is very kind and responsive, all problems and issues are solved with a bang🥳 The rooms are very comfortable, everything is new, clean, neat and pleasant! The heated pool, you just don't want to get out of it. The location is convenient, there are many shops and various cafes nearby, the sea is very close. We will definitely come back next year!! And maybe even for the winter holidays 🥺🥺

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to write.
The Chalet Male Hotel is a very interesting place for the whole family...new houses (with comfortable mattresses, pillows, snow-white bed linen and towels) .
The room is clean and tidy, there is a large TV with Internet.
Constantly hot water (own generator, which is a big plus)
Delicious food, like at home (it is important for us, because holidays with children)
There is a bar where you can always buy cold drinks, hookah, etc.🍻🥂🥃
Large swimming pool with children's area (the water is clean and warm)
Special thanks to the staff (Edik is the manager and a cool guy, the Asis at the bar is a great hookah, the girls in the kitchen are respect)...everyone is always ready to help.
The beach is nearby, the sea is clear .
We booked the hotel for 5 days, but in the end we extended it even more...I definitely recommend it

A very beautiful brand new complex with a swimming pool! 😍. The rooms are spacious, decorated with wood, there is everything you need! And everything is new. You can also use the pool separately. There is a paddling pool for children, shizlong, tables, large umbrellas, towels. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and hospitable. Very friendly attitude, I want to come back, the children are happy. Thanks!🙏

A great cozy hotel, new and clean. The pool has warm water. The rooms are separate houses with all amenities. The food is almost like at home, there are also very tasty dishes. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. From the border - 15 minutes on foot. A wonderful place, I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

We rested here with a friend in August, thank you very much, it's just a great place) the hotel is new, it even smells like renovation, there is a TV in the room, we connected to the Kinopoisk and watched movies, Wi-Fi loads perfectly even in the room (inst works without VPN, it's generally gorgeous). The food is insanely delicious, large portions and homemade! The pool is clean, there are always free sun beds, by the way, we were lucky with all the neighbors and it was quiet at night. And in principle, the place is quiet, family-friendly) Special thanks to the staff, especially to the manager Edik! They will always help, go to a meeting, just very kind good people :) And on my birthday, they even brought me a piece of cake with a candle and sweetly congratulated me
The location of the hotel is super good: right next to the border, 10-15 minutes walk from the checkpoint, (we had breakfast and lunch, so we went to dinner in Sochi)
Due to the fact that it was right close to the border, there was no roaming and even on the beach (7 minutes walk to the sea) there was LTE 😎

As for the food, I'm just afraid to get on the scales, even though it's only been 2 (!!!!) The food is uncomplicated, homemade, but delicious and this is from the kindergarten series: salad, first, second, compote and insanely delicious bread
A cool, clean pool and sun beds nearby, which are enough for absolutely everyone!!! 💯
New, clean rooms that smell of wood 🫶 And real resin flows down the walls in places (see photo), imagine what a smell it makes in the room 😻
But the most important thing in the "Chalet Male" is the staff and their attitude!!! Thanks a lot to every employee for everything they do!!! Of course, Edik is the face of the hotel and he helps with any issue, just a super professional in his field!!! 🤩
5-7 minutes walk to the sea, the beach is public.
There are plenty of places to have a snack both on the way to the sea and on the shore.
If you want pigtails, then go to the girl across the street (unfortunately, I don't remember her name); does it quickly and efficiently 👌🏻

It's been a long time since I've been to a place where I haven't found a single negative. All the houses are brand new, built this year. You come in and it smells nice of wood. The houses themselves are top! Panarama windows and doors with dense curtains, if someone wants to sleep in the morning😉 inside, well, it's very cozy 🥰 a large bed with a good mattress, a huge TV with Internet access and a movie search (in general, there is excellent Internet in Abkhazia, to my surprise). Bedside tables, hallway, air conditioning, sofa) large shower room, hair dryer, a bunch of towel hooks (I don't understand why it's so difficult for others to do this, it's very convenient). Snow-white bed linen and 2 towels per person plus a foot towel. Each house has its own table and a couple of chairs, a dryer. I especially want to draw attention to the amazing team that works in this place. Everyone is very responsive and involved in their work, I just take my hat off 🤗 A great pool with heated lighting and a children's part. Sun beds and umbrellas. A great dining area with kettles and a microwave. We had breakfast included, we were satisfied. There are also alcoholic beverages and drinks at the reception, who does not want to go to the store) separately, I want to say that the location is also excellent) there are a lot of canteens and shops around, BUT in the evening it is not noisy, good distance from the main road and proximity to the sea - maximum 300 meters- 7 minutes on foot. But we didn't go to the sea much, the hotel has a chill on its territory. In general, many thanks to the guys for such an attitude to their business and guests, we were delighted! Such purity and involvement are rare to find anywhere) I definitely recommend booking! And thank you so much for such hospitality.

Pros: 4 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes walk from the border, a large swimming pool, a recreation area with sun loungers and umbrellas, mobile communication of the Russian Federation, Wi-Fi, light and water always, its own generator, air conditioning, TV, clean and cozy houses, everything is new.
Wish: there was not enough lighting at the entrance to each house, for cozy gatherings.
Meals for a lover of porridge and bread and butter in the morning)
We definitely recommend it to families with children.
A plus sign in karma to the administrator - he offered to bring them to the border.

Very good location, very close to the beach. There is a large swimming pool on the territory, from which almost no one climbed out. By the way, the pool is clean with a separate children's area, sun beds around. The staff is very helpful and polite. If someone does not look at the map or does not understand the scale, this institution is located 3-5 minutes from the border, literally the second turn to the right ...
The devastation and cows along the way are frightening, of course, but the Male Chalet is very different from the neighboring buildings in high-quality design, I would say, designer. The territory is small, the rooms are too, but everything is new and well maintained.
The staff is very polite and helpful, special thanks to everyone.
Meals are served three times a day, although half board is stated, which of course pleased me. They cook with love, you can feel it, salads with spices, not bland, borscht is decent, porridge is delicious, dessert in the form of carrot cake with nuts is off your head 🔥 There is a bar on the territory, you do not need to go anywhere for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, the prices are pleasing. There is a barbecue on the corner, with a sooooo delicious barbecue. but
There are a couple of disadvantages, one of which is significant for me personally, it is he who will not allow me to return to this place to these wonderful people - this is the BEACH, it is disgusting, there is not even anything to cling to, the most disgusting beach! But we are going primarily to the sea ...
the second minus is mosquitoes, the child was bitten at night so that he swelled up... But this problem can be solved (who would have warned) with the help of a raptor that we bought at the nearest store.
For the fact that I do not depend on the owners and staff, I do not take off the stars. Thank you again for your work and responsiveness.

We had to leave the hotel early due to the worsening weather, but the management refused to refund the money for the last two paid days. We moved in on August 26, 2024, paid everything in advance, but we were not given a receipt. We left late on October 2, asking for a recalculation in advance, but in response we received strange claims about "late check-in", although we arrived on time and even paid for early check-in.
The living conditions leave much to be desired. The houses are built of thin materials with large cracks, which makes them unsuitable for living in the cool season. The air conditioner couldn't handle the cold, and the blankets were too thin. We froze at night even under two blankets. Constant power outages led to noisy restarts of household appliances, which prevented sleep.
There are also problems with water – the pressure is either very weak, or there is simply no water, especially in the morning. It's easy not to go to the shower at such moments. In addition, loud music is often turned on in the hotel, which makes rest impossible day and night.

Hello everyone) in August of this year we decided to stay in this wonderful place. According to the photo, everything was gorgeous, according to the description and characteristics too, there was only one thing left, in fact, to find out if everything was really like that?) Running right into the front, I will say that yes! Expectation - reality coincided for everything 💯% The room has a set of towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as a TV (with smart TV) and air conditioning in each room.
There is a swimming pool on site (it was always clean), sun loungers, umbrellas, tables. In general, what is in the photo is in fact.(I attach my photos) the food area is also large, clean, comfortable, with a TV and air conditioning. The menu is excellent. Unfortunately, we booked only with breakfast (if you have the same situation, then you can try to resolve the issue with the manager Eduard), but I advise you to take 3 meals a day, because the food is delicious and in large portions. The hotel has big plans for next year, this is its first year, and already such a level, we were very glad to meet the administrator / manager Edik. Thanks a lot to him, he is a man of his word. He was always happy to help with any questions, his interest in making the hotel better is visible, he is interested in feedback and the wishes of vacationers. Also thanks to Aziz. When there was a slight health problem, Aziz helped to call an ambulance (keep in mind that this is Abkhazia) and did not remain indifferent! A kind and bright-hearted person.
A couple more nuances that can answer your questions, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. On the way to the sea there is a good dining room, a kebab shop and a shop (which accepts any bank cards) for Abkhazia, this is a rarity. There are souvenir shops along the way.
