We had a rest in the second half of September. We rented 2 houses. There is a swing between the houses.It's a great place. Cozy, clean houses.Shared kitchen with everything you need (dishes, refrigerator,microwave, washing machine). There is a barbecue area. In the house there is a hairdryer, towels, snow-white bed linen, shower,toilet, 2 beds (single and double),a chiffonier. The territory is well maintained and clean. The beach is 100 meters away. There are shops and cafes near the house. The hosts are wonderful.

Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to the sea
The houses are clean and cozy

A great place to relax. Cozy, clean houses, a shared kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups), a barbecue area, on-site parking, delicious water that can be drunk directly from the tap. Friendly hosts, you can contact us on any issue. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, but if you are by car, you can drive 10 minutes to others in Sukhum.
Of the cons: noisy neighbors :) but that's how lucky you are.
