In the summer, during the day, we rested with our family and children in the open area. It's a very pleasant place. Splashes of water refresh from the ceiling. Inside the hall there is a pond with an exotic bridge and lighting. Nice furniture. Comfortable, large chairs. Non-intrusive waiters. Delicious food and drinks. No loud music, you can chat in peace. The bathroom is sparkling clean, everything is ventilated. In closed halls, in the heat, you even want to cover yourself with a blanket, powerful air conditioners. Beautiful flowers and plants are planted from the street, covering the open veranda. Everything is made for a pleasant stay!

This is the best place in Almaty. Because comfort, delicious food and service are perfectly combined here. And the prices here are so attractive that once you've been there, you'll want to come back more than once. The food here is so delicious that I want to personally shake the chef's hand. By the way, chefs from Georgia work here. I found this place more than ten years ago. I've held quite a few family events here.

I have been to this institution many times, excellent cuisine, probably the most delicious Khinkali, in the Turksib district, is prepared in this institution. The service is on the level. It's a terrible cafe, but it looks more like a canteen. Well, the food there is nothing, you can have lunch, but not celebrate any holiday. Music really sucks. We were in the cafe on 07/24.23. I really liked it! The staff is very polite, smiling, attentive! We were served by a handsome, attentive young man named Joseph!
Very tasty food! I especially liked the Awesome shish kebab! Everything is seasoned in moderation, the salt is perfect! I also want to thank the musicians! Cool, beautiful, men with a wonderful voice!

I change the positive review and remove the stars. Maybe on a weeknight everything is so bad, there was not much on the menu, drinks too, the waiter probably did not get enough sleep, thought for a very long time what we wanted from him, then for a long time we found out what was on the menu, then disappeared altogether. The kitchen is such a mess, apparently the cook didn't get enough sleep that day either. The only thing that was really delicious was khinkali at home and khichin. Shalokho is no longer the same, although we drove from the other side of the city on purpose.

Also, you can't get enough waiters these days. There is a lack of security and bouncers. Clients often overdo it with alcohol and conflicts are not uncommon
