The location of the holiday home is gorgeous. The territory is very well maintained. Standard rooms: clean, all amenities in the room. The food is delicious 4 times a day as for slaughter) The staff is polite and friendly. Everything is fine.

A great place to relax, once a year I try to visit this oasis of beautiful nature. The only drawback is the road from Karkaralinsk to the Shakhtar recreation center. There is no sign, and there are no signs. Some poles stand forlornly. Minus the road services.

What's good here is the NATURE
, the rooms are cleaned, but no one looks under the bedside tables and beds, hair, dust, some papers, all faucets are running in the bathrooms, threadbare bed linen! There is practically no variety in the menu for five days!!! I'm generally silent about the fact that the ticket price does not include a swimming pool and sauna!

My parents and grandparents used to often visit the Shakhtar wellness center and were always satisfied. The center is surrounded by beautiful mountains and a clear lake, which makes your stay there even more enjoyable. Excellent service, attentive staff and effective procedures create ideal conditions for restoring health. We recommend it!

The miner is located in a beautiful place, the architects have thought it out well and built it in the right place.Nature complements its beauty.There are many places for hiking and long-distance walks.Basically, this place is conducive to good rest and active tourism.

The main advantage of this place is the stunning nature! The holiday home itself is quite passable, but leaves much to be desired, the renovation of the rooms has not been updated for more than 10 years, if not 15.

What Karkaralinsk means to me is the ringing silence, the air filled with the scent of pine needles, and trusting squirrels.clicking seeds. And April, gives a miracle, melting snow flowing down from the mountains, beautiful waterfalls. People, take care of the beauty of nature that we still have.

A great holiday home. We go to it every year. I like everything. The pool is closed (August 2023). The road is getting worse every year. I am glad that they started to style new asphalt from the Karkarala side. On 11/23/2024, the pool is still closed, but there are promotions there, heated floors are being made.

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Есть где погулять, что посмотреть. Лес, горы, пляж. На территории дома отдыха есть спорткомплекс, детские площадки, мангалы, летнее кафе, свой пляж с прокатом катамаранов и лодок. В зимний период прокат лыж, санок и тюбингов. Обслуживание на уровне, персонал вежливый. В номерах чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Очень вкусное и разнообразное четырехразовое питание. Для любителей потанцевать имеется дискобар. В общем, для каждого найдется занятие по интересам круглый год. Смело рекомендую - отдых для любого возраста! Есть один нюанс, который стоит учесть: нет вайфая и абсолютно не работает связь Алтел.

The cool place is interesting both in winter and in summer we rest 2 times a season and in the cafe the food is on schedule but sooo delicious and very beautiful forests there are also excursions around the territory as well as outside the territory. In general, the institution is suuuuupeeeeerrr!!!!!!!

I would like to mention more dogs on the territory. They are very nice, kind and follow people into the mountains - apparently to protect them. These are the mascots of the sanatorium)) They say they are brought there to get rid of them. Horror. I also learned that they often want to be shot at. What for? They are peaceful, affectionate.
Beautiful places, normal service (for Kazakhstan). The territory (except for the toilets in the rooms and the rooms themselves) is unexpectedly clean. However, it's worth going out into the mountains, bottles and steers start right away. Vacationers, do you have a conscience? There is such a beautiful unique nature in Karkaralinsk, there are many steep lakes unknown to anyone. Why spoil it? Is it difficult not to throw garbage?

Squalor, devastation and a nightmare, I remember the miner was different when the pool was working, there were discos, excursions, even a kebab shop was on the territory, unfortunately everything was fucked up, dogs are shot right in front of vacationers by barbarian guards

The main trump card is nature! Entertainment is zero. The food is delicious "a la the dining room of the 80s". About 8 years ago, there was a swimming pool and a cafe-bar. It's not there yet, but they promise to return it.

Все понравилось, чистый воздух, а главное тишина. Номера, еда все приемлемо, на улице чисто убрано, много белок и уток можео покормить, есть телевизор с кабельным каналами

Что можно сказать.....с каждым годом Шахтер разваливается на глазах....бассейн не работает, пирс, канатная дорога в аварийном состоянии. В корпусах старая техника и мебель, которые отжили себя лет 10 назад, постельные белье лучше вообще промолчать. Территория вся заросли порослью. Экскурсии все однотипные, нет ничего нового и интересного. Нет никаких развлечений, мероприятий. Директору все равно как проходит досуг отдыхающих, такое ощущение, что его вообще ничего не интересует, день пошел и ладно. ДО Шахтер нужен молодой, энергичный, полон сил и новшеств директор. Эт все претензии в адрес руководства ДО Шахтер.
Огромная благодарность обслуживающему персоналу, девочкам на ресепшене, все очень внимательные, добрые
Столовая девочки, повора, официанты огромная благодарность за вкусную еду, обслуживание на высшем уровне.

Дом отдыха Шахтер, это супер отдых !! Персонал вежливый , кормят очень вкусно .выпечка вообще обалденная!!! И плюс природа.....Всем советую отдых в Шахтёре..

Еда хорошая, в комнате уютно, чисто, бассейн был на ремонте(но это надо делать). Персонал подобран на пятёрочку. Любой вопрос и сразу всё сделано. Спасибо

Каждый год езжу в ДО "Шахтёр" Уже одно то, что комплекс удобно расположился в лесу, заслуживает высшей оценки. Есть небольшое озеро, многие там даже купаются. Так же, имеется спортивный комплекс:теннис, бильярд, можно поиграть в командные игры. Детская площадка кафе и дискотеки))) Кормят очень вкусно и разнообразно. На полдник постоянно выпечка. В общем, в "Шахтере" есть все для того, чтоб комфортно и приятно провести выходные. Опытные экскурсоводы предложат вам свои услуги. А посмотреть там, поверьте, есть на что. Озеро Шайтанколь, водопад, и просто удивительная природа. Каркаралинск-жемчужина Казахстанских степей. Целительная сила воздуха и земли.

Очень всё здорово, питание классное, природа обалденная, эти горы ,эти деревья, озера!!! Просто класс!!! Персонал позитивный доброжелательный, спасибо большое 🌺 Только один минус, путевка от организации миталл ... Всего два дня очень мало!!! Спасибо персоналу, спасибо гиду Рамазану, спасибо Каркаралинск, за такую красоту и оазис!!!

Отвратительный персонал. При попытке попасть на территорию, осмотреться, остановиться. На вас набрасывается обезьяна в виде охранника и угрожает расправой. Причем беспричинно. Связаться с администрацией невозможно. Отвратительное отношение к посетителям.

Были с 21.07 по 24.07.2023г.не понравилось,очень скучно,кроме как прогуляться и сходить на озеро,больше и заняться нечем,вообще "Шахтер" упал до неузнаваемости

Природа классная! На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Ездили в январе 2022 года. Кормят ужасно, не вкусно, не всё свежее! Бассейн закрыт на ремонт! Из развлечений покататься на снегоходе,на лыжах и коньках, погулять по лесу. Всё! Уборка в номерах плохая, матрасы и подушки старые, все в пятнах, давно не чищены, не стираны! Жесть! Это в старом корпусе 1. Ремонт был видимо очень давно!

Шахтер, любимый дом отдыха, к сожалению дряхлеет. Несмотря на популярность в него не вкладывают средства. Бассейн не работает, корпус 1, просит ремонта... Что остается неизменным, так это персонал всем сердцем преданный своему делу.

Классная природа. Классная еда. Летом грибы, зимой куча развлечений. Хорошо бассейн и парилка. Классные арома бочки. Хороший треножорный зал. И рекомендую после бочек массажное кресло.

Хорошая зона отдыха , природа вокруг просто 😍, чисто ,красиво. В спорт.комплексе поставили массажное кресло(10 минут-500 тенге) классная вещь , расслабляет по полной 👍 можно выбрать разные режимы работы, в общем мы ещё вернёмся 🙏

Были на декабрьских праздниках. Бассейн на ремонте. А так, старый добрый"Шахтёр". Кормят на убой, природа, воздух... Красота!
