Tiny toilet, mismanagement concerning the cutlery on tables, dishes are cheap but cut too big and little uncomfortable to eat. Location is the best thing about it, besides that - rather not go.

Unfortunately, I was very upset today when I ordered: "Meat in Burgundy" I understand that there are some points in a Muslim country, but tourists come to you who expect this dish to have a proper classic performance, where the main component of the sauce is red wine in which meat languishes for a long time, how does this intersect with cream and champignons?! I was very upset about it. Either make the dishes right or don't include them in the menu, that's all. There should be no other way.

There are no questions about the kitchen, the dishes are delicious, the serving is beautiful and relatively fast! Questions to the hall manager!!! The waiters are pioneers of 16-18 years old, they don't seem to come to work, but to hang out ... they bunch up somewhere in one place, in the "hall with a fireplace" you won't call the waiter, especially if you sit down at a distant table, even if he is in the hall, then constantly with his back to the guests, reactions to the raised guest No hand!!! I was with the institution twice, while the boarding was filled by 30% no more, so to say that the waiters are "on break!" there is no such thing!!!! After asking the waiter to bring the bill, he brought it and through his teeth tried to ask in a low voice to leave a tip over the payment! Honestly, it looked very funny, and very brazen at the same time!

The advantages of this institution include the following: good location, good interior, panoramic Windows with interesting views, generally pleasant atmosphere, and most importantly affordable and delicious food.
The service in the restaurant turned out to be a serious disadvantage: I celebrated my birthday here on January 2, the waiter was not too helpful and showed an unwillingness to work with his whole appearance.
He answered questions about the menu very sluggishly and indistinctly, served inattentively
(at the moment when all the guests were already at the table, several people did not have enough glasses for drinks, although the table was reserved for a certain number of guests a few hours before the start of the event), very slowly, without enthusiasm.
At the same time, the service bill was included in the final receipt, although in my opinion, the person clearly did not deserve any reward for such quality of service.
It would be nice to provide some kind of bonuses / promotions for birthday parties, for example.
This is a common practice in many institutions, I was surprised by her absence here.
In general, I hope that work will be done on the mistakes, the waiters will be taught how to work properly and communicate with customers, then everything will be fine.
In the meantime, I can't rate above three stars, after all, the quality of service is very important.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review as a tourist from Moscow. I really liked the format of the place: there is a nice terrace and a cozy hall. The only thing missing was background music, I don't know why it wasn't there)
On food: the menu is huge, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Moreover, everything is available, which is important. We stopped, of course, at the oriental cuisine: we took pilaf, lamb kebab, manta rays. Everything was delicious! But there is one remark: I would like the tortillas fresh, from the oven, and not packed in a plastic bag)
