The food will be brought and you will not see him anymore, nor will anyone take away the dirty dishes, nor will they just ask "maybe you want something else?" And that's all because the service fee is already included in the bill, i.e. tips..therefore, what is the point of the staff trying when tips are already included in the bill.. and this is the problem of all establishments in Kazakhstan..
