4 out of 5, because it's cheap and delicious, but the service is a little behind and if that's the main thing for you, then I don't advise it, but the portion of food is kind and the staff, although kind, are not experts in their field, they drink alcohol, maybe because of this such a negligent attitude towards customers. Drinks and alcohol are all normal (they will always find you cold) the atmosphere is like in a teahouse. Since it is cheap, there are also a lot of alcohol lovers.

Семейное кафе, относительно не дорого, большой ассортимент. Всё вкусно, особенно манты. Быстрое обслуживание. Алкогольный зал отдельно ( что очень радует☺)

Раньше было не плохое место, но в последнее время качество блюд снизилось, и самое главное там появились неприятные запахи в воздухе (вонь). И самое худшее в том что во время обеда когда все едят еду работники кафе демонстративно выносят мусор, от этого ещё более усиливается неприятный запах. Скорее всего, возможно больше в это кафе ходить не будем.
