Новый, хорошо обустроенный район. Везде чисто, лифты в рабочем состоянии. Комнаты светлые. Много детских площадок. Все в шаговой доступности: магазины,аптеки, школа Бином, Магнум. Парковки широкие, никто никому не мешает.
